So, this happens everywhere in the plot but let's just focus on the dinner scene in the nice restaurant with Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis) and wife. She's cold, standoffish, won't respond, picks up the check rudely before he can, etc. To the viewer, it looks like they're in a fight and not talking to each other. Of course he's dead and not visible, which explains her actions of dining alone, ignoring him. However, are we to believe that walking into the restaurant, while ordering, talking (not talking) to the waiter, waiting for food, eating for 30 minutes, etc. that Bruce wouldn't catch on that nobody can see or hear him? That's ludicrous.
Outside of the short "movie scenes" we see, it would be impossible for Bruce to NOT know he's not there. M. Night Shyamalan's genius was to use colors, drop hints along the way, but is a carefully crafted story that works ONLY if we pretend Bruce's journey only occurs when the camera is taping, and we need to ignore what is occurring outside of camera range or the plot crumbles.
I remember seeing this for the first time and after the big reveal. I was left with a lot of questions... the biggest question is how could Malcolm not know he's a ghost, because nobody except for Haley Joel Osment would interact with him. I was invested in his character, but does he think the entire world is just ignoring him, because nobody will talk to him, respond to him, etc.?
To me, this plot doesn't stand up too well to any medium to deep thinking. I know, I know, it's just a movie. don't think about it too much. But I did. And do.

Like say you have a friend. They grew up around racists (regardless if it's the parents or not) and the whole area is generally known for being racist. Like a white neighborhood or something like that. They grew up in that and did or said things that could be considered racist, but they grew up out of that, yet they still have, like I said earlier, racial tendencies per se. Not so much the urge to commit a hate crime or just go on cussing out a specific race and calling them racially specific slurs such as the n word, but like, they're nice, but they could end up being racist if put in the wrong situation despite not wanting to be racist in the first place.
I have one friend in particular pretty much like this, only a bit worse. But this post isn't about him. I'm just wondering everyone's feelings about people like this.

Premessa per i grammar nazi, lo so benissimo che Cosa succederebbe se non torna con il resto della frase. Fatevene una ragione e non vedetela come una frase singola.
Per lo scenario di oggi, immaginiamo che siano comparsi dal nulla 3 ponti; il famoso ponte dello stretto di Messina, e altri due ponti assai più improbabili: un ponte tra la Sicilia e la Sardegna, e un ponte tra la Sardegna e il Lazio. Pretenderemo inoltre che lo sforzo ingegneristico per opere simili non interessi a nessuno, cosicché la domanda "ma chi l'ha costruito" non verrà mai posta.
I ponti lunghi sono dotati di aree ristoro e stazioni di rifornimento, così come di un servizio ferroviario ad alta velocità.
L'ignoto architetto ha anche pensato al traffico navale, permettendo alle navi di passaggio un transito con un ritardo massimo di due ore.
Come cambia la logistica Italiana? Quali saranno i vantaggi e gli svantaggi di questi ponti? Come stracavolo verranno mantenuti? Ditecelo voi!
Here are some books that would fit what I mean - She Who Became the Sun; Once and Future Witches. I would not call them historical fiction because the characters have some magic. But the books still reflect tons of real world research. They are also really imaginative. Any thoughts or recommendations would be welcome. Female and queer protagonists preferred

I just posted some questions about a trip I was planning and basically everyone told me not to go.
I think a lot of people thought it wasn't a good idea to bring a baby with us, but like every comment makes the place sound like a drug soaked bacchanalia, with some light gang violence.
Side note: Do you actually like Tulum? It sounds like a lot of you do not care for it.
Let's assume we're canceling our Tulum plans, but want to still visit Quintana Roo - where should we go instead?
Slightly off topic but I wish there was a way we can customize or try out different infinite possibilities of our own live(s). Not an avid Minecraft player but I think it’s aptly named where you can do everything and anything in the world you generated rather than living it “normally.” I want to try seeing what my life would be like if X happened instead of Y but with everything else intact, etc. Or I wonder if that’s what’s going on right now in fact..
Did anyone try this out in AP or have talked to anyone in the AP world about this and whether this is what happens after we conclude this life? I have a theory that this is precisely what happens and you can experiment it out as if this was a game. Would be neat to review, view our stats, and try out different things.. Opinions?
Hi! I am on day 4! It’s 4:20 and I decided to write here instead of smoking.. A week ago I took a 2 day break, and smoked (one last time) on the 31st. I had what some people call an adverse reaction - increased heartbeat, my pulse was 135 BPM, chest pain, head rush, my lips turned blue and got chills for 15 min. I really thought I was dying! Now I am suffering from withdrawal symptoms..I didn’t hide the weed, I don’t think craving is the problem for me, but I do miss the feeling of numbness. My emotions are so raw right now, I am very irritable.. Is there a pill for that or should I just wait it out?? Thank you for your support and understanding!
