To reiterate, we are a group who raise money for charities, and we do this using DeS & itβs servers as our means to operate. A $5 (or currency equivalent) donation to a charity of your own choosing will get you the 26 ceramic coins from us, allowing access to the rusted key; unlocking the door in 1-3 and thus the Penetrator Armor!
Itβs simple; all that is required from you is a screenshot of the receipt as proof of your donation; and then once checked itβs yours! we drop the coins at Sparkly the Crow in your world; stopping them from becoming broken! I thought of this after seeing mention of the possibility of Egypt confronting Ethiopia over their damning of the Nile.
Naturally I realise that the WW2 weapons were unguided but that aside, if a modern weapon and a Grand Slam/Tallboy both strike their targets which would have the greater effect?
Please note, this is not intended to be a flame thread, I think there's been a simple oversight or miscommunication with this bomb. Personally, I flew a deep strike in Liberation 2.0 the other day that took over an hour and when my GBU-24s completely failed to destroy a hardened shelter, I got curious as to why.
In the real world, the GBU-24 comes in both general purpose (MK84) and penetrator (BLU-109/116) variants.
In wags' original pre-release video found [here](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHgASYTz8TE&t=380s) he says that one of the differences between the GBU-24 and the GBU-10 is:
>It has a penetrator warhead, so it allows it to defeat targets like bunkers

>The GBU-24 is a 2,000 lbs-class laser-guided bomb with general purpose and penetrator warheads.
At the very least, it seems as though this is the way the bomb is intended to function, similar to the GBU-31 4/B, but laser guided. Multiple other tutorial videos have repeated the above as well, so the community generally understands the GBU-24 to have a penetrator warhead.
So what evidence is there that we currently have the non penetrator version? Well, I'll begin with the game documentation and add a video of the bomb in action below:

>GBU-24. Paveway III bomb based on the Mk. 84, a 2,000-pound conventional bomb.
On page 192, the manual explicitly states that the GBU-24B/B (penetrator version) is coming in EA, it is unclear at the time of print whether they meant that the current release of the GBU-24 is supposed to be the B/B version or if a second version is due (preferable because we get both):

On page 194 (note, this should say 2000-pound):
>The GBU-24 is the Paveway III variant with a 1,000-pound (sic) warhead (equivalent to a Mk. 84)
