I'm 22, and will be living on my own at least for a year. I will only need a small one bedroom, doesn't matter if it's a house or apartment but I will be renting for a while. Any recommendations? New to the area.
I was born and raised in Rogers and unfortunately we cannot afford to live in our home town anymore. We’ve decided to go with a new build in Pea Ridge. It’s not what we would have liked, though after renting for 6 years (& prices increasing), it’ll do. We kept waiting to buy, hoping that eventually the housing market will settle. Instead NWA prices have sky rocketed. We aren’t sure the prices will ever be like before. What do y’all think? Should we settle with PR or wait it out?
