The horse sport and cavalry museum in the Thracian University of Stara Zagora. Some great stuff . They have a log book dating all the way back to 1971 . Tsar Simeon the Second has written in it and our last previous pressidents as well as many others . I can also write something . If reddit wants picture of that or wants me to write something in there I can . https://imgur.com/gallery/hcFDdyN
( I made a joke that I would write "Π‘ΠΠΠ ΠΠΠΠ Π‘ΠΠ€ΠΠ― " but I won't be doing anything like that so theres no point to ask.)https://imgur.com/gallery/hcFDdyN
Hi all! I will be moving to Stara Zagora this September and will be living there for a little under a year. Very excited to be in the beautiful country of Bulgaria. A little background about myself: I'm 23 Asian male, living and working in the United States.
I had a few questions about Stara Zagora, namely:
Are there ways for young people (such as myself) to get involved in the community? They can be anything from sports, cultural events, etc...
What's the demographic like in Stara Zagora? I'm aware that the city is comprised of mainly Bulgarians, but are there non-Bulgarian communities in Stara Zagora?
How accessible are other cities in Bulgaria from Stara (Sofia, Burgas, Varna)? Are there methods of transportation connecting these cities?
How commonly is English spoken in Stara Zagora? Am self-studying Bulgarian but will definitely not be fluent...
Anything else you guys would like to add (tips, advice for living in a new city as a foreigner, etc...) would be much appreciated!!
Thank you everybody.
In the gas refinery plant in Stara Zagora, a man was caught by security cameras while trying to enter the facility. When security forces arrived at the sighted location, the man was long gone, however his backpack was still there.
A police force quickly disabled the bomb that was stored in it, and have been on the pursuit since then.
Two primary suspects have been found- a Russian national who has been living in the city for two years, and a Turkish-Bulgarian who used to work in the company.
