What of the Ottoman Empire won the Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878? How would that have changed Europe going into the 20th century?

The Russo-Turkish War of 1877-1878 was surely a defining moment in European history. It marked the beginning of the end of the Ottoman Empire and amplified the effect of nationalism on the Balkan peninsula for a century to come. With all sides (except for Austria, I guess) feeling something they fought for are ripped away from them, such is the example with Bulgaria, eventually resulting in the Balkan Wars and the Assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand and WW1. To me, I think losing two major wars against the Ottomans would certainly put a dent in Russia's plan for the Balkans, but I believe as time progressed it is only inevitable that Russia comes back for a round 3, and the outcome of that depends on what happens to the Ottomans, this could go for two ways. 1 - The Ottoman Empire uses this and the time bought to radically modernize, reorganizing the Ottoman military suppressing pan-slavic feelings within the Empire which could lead to a Ottoman victory for the next round, or, this could blind the Empire's leaders and the conservatives could use this as an excuse to shoot down any modernization/westernization programs with the excuse of "look! we already defeated the Russians, there's no need!" which will only further weaken the Ottoman Empire and probably get partitioned eventually by the great powers.
