This isn't so much about how much the US supported paramilitary groups like the Contras and Atlacatl Battalion (as I understand it was considerable), but rather how much those groups needed US support. If I remember correctly, the main characters are a group of adolescents, one or more of whom get kidnapped and end up at said hospital. At least one of them ends up becoming some sort of braindead zombie, unless I'm confusing that with a different movie. A girl from the group ends up having her body given to an older woman. One scene I distinctly remember is one of the doctors being betrayed by his colleagues and knocked out somehow, after which he wakes up in the body of a much older man and is extremely distraught by this. The movie might be American, British or even Italian (I'm pretty sure it was dubbed in English if it's the latter case, though). I've been looking all over the internet for this and it's driving me insane. Thanks in advance!
