A list of puns related to "Nestlé Milk Chocolate"
Basically, me and my boyfriend fucking love chocolate milk but despise Nestlé as a company. Every single brand of chocolate milk powder or syrup we've found is owned by Nestlé and are looking for an alternative. So I'm on a hunt for my great white whale and have no idea where to post to get help finding it.
I feel like the only alternative to the Ovaltine in the US is to import it from Britain where they are not owned by Nestle, because I cannot find any decent fortified chocolate drinks that have no artificial sweeteners. I'd go for protein powder but most of the time it comes in weird flavors. Anything that taste just as good as Ovaltine, it can be a fortified protein powder. I like Ovaltine because it tastes good and it's fortified.
... I just realized there is a little more sugar in Ovaltine than there used to be in the US. Maybe that's because Nestle obtained the rights in the US 21 years ago....
Edit: Nestlé recently obtained a brand of protein powders called "Body Fortress"... Someone needs to stop them, the laws on Monopoly should pertain to this stuff. I had a feeling that it was because for some reason it was like one of the first ones to come up and search and usually Nestle comes up and Google search a lot. Ovaltine, instant breakfast, nesquik and body fortress...
Edit:Milo, Ovaltine, Carnation Instant Breakfast, Body Fortress and Nesquik.
Update: So far I am enjoying Purely Inspired organic protein mix, I've honestly found it better to whisk it into hot water, not boil it because you scorch the protein. It's not a bad alternative for coffee creamer, just don't add as much as you would a regular shake. If the one gram of sugar isn't enough for you, you can add a little bit of sugar. If you don't mind the extra sugar, etc, Ibarra is really nice, just put the Ibarra in while you're heating your water and constantly stir it, take it off the heating whisk your protein mix in.
It is honestly really difficult to find anything that doesn't have aspartame and sucralose in it. One rule I go by is: it has to have some amount of sugar or nothing more than stevia, in it if it's going to have stevia in it. Because stevia reacts to natural sweetness, and with this particular protein mix you can probably do well just to make your drink ahead of time because stevia tastes weird if it doesn't break down properly. I kind of wish "health food" or "general nutrition" companies understood that sugar-free doesn't always mean healthy and most sweeteners are very compromising to the taste of everything and don't add any nutritional value.
I will keep on researching alternative.
Every time he shouted "The Milky Bars are on me", his co-workers cheered.
The real job satisfaction is seeing the news the next day; dozens of cases of kids in the hospital for internal bleeding from glass pieces found in crunch bars in inexplicably untampered wrappers.
So today I(17M) was drinking some chocolate milk and my mother barged in my room and started complaining that i was drinking all the milk in the house (i drink around 1 cup of chocolate milk per day).
After she was done with her rant i said ok, and i went to Carrefour (It's like wallmart) and i bought 30L of milk and 5KG of chocolate powder (Nescau)
When sha saw me coming with the boxes she asked ,why i bought all of that ,and i said
''Milk and chocolate won't be a problem for a while''
She's mad at me now but my father can't stop laughing.
So am i the Asshole?
EDIT: IT'S UHT MILK THAT LAST UP TO 4 MONTHS OUTSIDE THE REFRIGERATOR
It tastes better.
It's smoother going down.
It feels more natural.
It tastes better.
It's more fun to make.
It's more recognizable.
It tastes better.
Fight me.
Edit: where are you all getting these other uses for milk? This is strawberry vs chocolate. Not a free for all.
We know that a lot of it isn't great quality but it's nice to have it a snack when you're getting something from the supermarket or at a convenience store. So what do you think is the best milk chocolate. I would say Lindt and also I think Norway's Freia is pretty good. I'm a bit of a sucker for our Galaxy chocolate. I don't rate Cote d'Or or Cadbury.
Hi all, Me and my bf have been dating for a year. We haven’t seen each other for a month due to college breaks. We met up today for the first time since, and he brought me a box of chocolates but it was dairy chocolate. I am upset because I’ve been vegan for longer than I’ve dated him and he “forgot” that I am vegan. He’s never supported me being vegan either and constantly “forgets” when he gets me food. This is my last straw, what should I do?
Same for strawberry cheese.
