There's a lot of info on the general ways to get to the start of the NYC marathon (bus or ferry), but I couldn't really find anything about the TFK Ferry. Is it better/faster/more convenient than the standard modes of transportation?
Has anyone else who rides the ferry seen the app begin declining their wageworks commuter card?
It used to work perfectly fine, and I've confirmed it is working fine for other MTA transit expenses, but suddenly last week it stopped working.
Was thinking about getting on the Nyc ferry since it’s about a 10-15 minute walk from me but is there any interesting place to go on it? I see it does stop on 34th street but is that close to the shopping area and Manhattan mall? It’s summer time now so I was thinking about riding it but not sure where I would go. Any suggestions? Is anyone familiar with Hunters park south?
