A list of puns related to "Morrie Turner"
https://sports.yahoo.com/lebron-james-injured-indefinitely-lakers-011543221.html?src=rss
Morris took a shot at the NBA and its scheduling practices. “They set us with a trap game, whatever you want to call it. I don’t care how the NBA feel about it,” Morris said. “It was a trap game playing 20-year-olds at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. They trapped us. We just couldn’t really find it. Me, personally, I find all my shots were short. I end up making some late in the game, but throughout the game just really can’t get over the hump.”
What do you think about Morris' comments? Do you guys feel that the NBA was unfair in scheduling this game? Discuss below
EDIT: Added the streamable as well so you can interpret it: https://streamable.com/qcpv1u
Context:
Per trade for Marcus Morris
>The Lakers had been willing to offer Kyle Kuzma and Danny Green, but the Knicks didn’t like that.
>The Knicks then countered with a deal centered around Kuzma, Avery Bradley, DeMarcus Cousins and at least one second-round pick, but the Lakers rejected that proposal.

... keep reading on reddit ➡I've already been digging through earlier posts with the same question, though I didn't really find what I was looking for.
I've fallen into a rabbit hole on YouTube after I got into analog photography; I think analog photography has a lot of great content on YouTube and I really enjoy watching this stuff. I find it as enjoyable and relaxing as educational. I really like the style of grainydays, Willem Verbeek, negativefeedback, Brae Hunziker... (Note: I don't necessarily watch those for the "masterclass photographs" or the LoFi beats....)
I seem to enjoy laid back, photography-focussed videos with a story, not (only) trying to sell me gear (except Squarespace subscriptions). It feels like you're talking about photography or going on a photo walk with a buddy.
I am trying to get back more into digital photography but I feel the (usual) channels geared towards digital are either often too "philosophical" (The Art Of Photography; The Photographic Eye;...) or too "energetic" (Peter McKinnon) for my likings.
So here's my question - are there any good YouTubers that do laid back, quality content about (digital) photography without too much sales-pitches, overly crazy lifestyles or getting deep into quasi-philosophy all the time that you could recommend?
Thanks for all the suggestions! Since there's so many - here's a list of the suggestions so far in no particular order other than when they were posted:
There have been rumors of a possible expansion, so let’s imagine it does happen, but the NBA decides to only add one new team to the league (sorry Vegas), bringing back the beloved Seattle Supersonics. The Sonics are back babbyyyyyyyy!
Now the Sonics need to build their team from ground up, starting with the expansion draft, and following it with signing players in the off-season.
Here are some simplified terms of the expansion draft:

Hey again /r/mls I'm back with part five of the state soccer teams. For those of you seeing this for the first time, I began a project last summer where in a made-up universe, each U.S. state (commonwealth for the people in KY, MA, PA, and VA) had their own state soccer team. I have done Part I revised a few weeks ago, and now I am on to part four!
To get read-up on everything, check out Part 1.

We're about halfway into the season and I hope your fantasy NBA teams are doing well, despite the challenges this season has put in front of us.
In case you found yourself struggling, don't be discouraged but look to take advantage of the situation. Streaming is more powerful than ever with all the absences and new guys getting a ton of minutes. So if you've got a guy at the back end of your roster not living up to your standards, don't hold on too tight. A streaming spot or two could be worth a lot more.
Here are the fantasy basketball streamers for Week 12.
One word before we go deep into next week. I've been getting some amazing replies to my posts in the past few weeks, and thank you guys so much for this!
I just wanted to let you know that the whole RotoBaller crew is working hard to help fantasy GMs out, and there is a ton of quality stuff on plenty of topics on our website, so if you're looking for information about something else as well, you can probably find it here: https://www.rotoballer.com/category/nba-fantasy-basketball-advice

... keep reading on reddit ➡I was curious to see who was the best player born on each day of the year. It turned out to be a bit more of a struggle than I thought it was going to be, so I decided to simply sort it by WAR. Does that mean that sometimes a better player got left off the list for a player who simply had a longer career? Absolutely. But WAR is a nice simple stat. So, here's the list!
January
February
March
April
The title to this post says it all. Wanted to get everyone's thoughts on who should start at Center Back & Right Wing on Thursday. I think most would agree with a few things...
...so that means the only debate is at Center Back & Right Wing.
Center Back: Do we pair Miles & Walker bc they have spent the most time playing together? Should Chris Richards get the nod bc he's the only option that's been consistently playing in competitive games? Does Matt Turner starting instead of Steffen change your opinion because we may not look to build through the back as much w/ Turner?
Right Wing: I literally have no idea what Gregg is going to do w/ this spot. Does he play Brenden on the right? I recall him saying he sees BA as a LW and I can't remember the last time he played on the RW for the USMNT. Do we roll Weah out there in a starting role for the first game of the window? Similarly to Aaronson does Gregg prefer Jordan Morris as a LW option? Does Gregg go back to Paul Arriola? He likes his work rate and pairing him on the right side to help cover for Dest, but does he really start him over those other options?
Personally, I don't really have a preference at Center Back. If I had to choose I would probably go with Miles Robinson & Walker Zimmerman, but would have no problem if Chris Richards gets the start over either of them. I hope we see Tim Weah at RW. I know he's just coming back from injury, but he just went 60+ for Lille over the weekend and I think he only needs to give us 55-60 in this one, so he should be fit enough.

Last paragraph : “With the Jazz down 104-92, those ejections basically put the game away. The Pacers eventually won 111-100. Neither team should expect to have their center available for their next game.”
Joe ingles and Donovan Mitchell were also ejected from the game but no idea if they coming back next game
The USMNT play Bosnia and Herzegovina on December 18, 2021. That is of course during the peak winter window for European football and just coming off the MLS Playoffs.
So yeah it may look like an all-MLS roster which nearly most of the social media voices loathe. But does it have to be?
Some Americans playing in smaller leagues probably would salivate for any chance to prove to Greg that, "I'm here and thriving, just like I am in Europe!" They just need a chance to prove themselves, and this friendly may be a great chance to rejoin the potential talent pool that will be in consideration for (IF everything goes right and we make it to) Qatar in 2022.
Here are some Americans NOT in MLS that should make a case for this short camp.
Henry Wingo (Ferencvaros)
Cameron Carter-Vickers (Celtic FC)
Christian Ramirez (Aberdeen FC)
Julian Green (Greuther Furth)
Sebastian Soto (Porto B)
CJ Dos Santos (Benfica B)
Emmanuel Sabbi (Odense BK)
Chituru Odunze (Leicester II)
Ethan Horvath (Nottingham Forest) - Yes I think that he should make it even though I believe Matt Turner will join this window too...
Evan Rotundo (Schalke 2)
Alex Mighten (Nottingham Forest) - If the rumors are true and Horvath really went to Nottingham to play chess instead of checkers and convince Alex, might as well give him an invite!
Malick Sanogo (Union Berlin)
Dante Sealy (PSV)
Jonathan Gomez (Louisville FC/Real Sociedad)
Christian Cappis (Brondby)
Konrad DLF (Marseille) - Embarrass the players during camp to stick it into Gregg as to why he gets overlooked for Arriola!
Duane Holmes (Derby County)
Johnny Cardoso (Internacional)
Chris Durkin (Sint Truden)
Jordan Pefok (Young Boys)
Alex Mendez (Vizela)
This is my list of people that Greg should choose from. If any of you disagree or want to add someone just type in the comments!

NBA is a star-driven league. You have your LeBrons, your Kobes, your Duncans and your Jordans. You can't win without them. In fact, it has been said that you can’t win an NBA title without having one of the top 10 players in the league. Generational players have always been the base of a perennial contender. Or a contender generally. There have been teams constructed around non-superstars, such as the Horford-Millsap-Korver Hawks, or the DeRozan-Lowry Raptors, but what these teams share is that they ultimately always ended up short.
So, at first, I asked myself if it was possible to make a contender out of players who aren’t among the best two players on their team. It turns out that the answer to that question is an easy yes. You still have the likes of Kyrie, Klay (or Draymond), Jrue, Tobias (or Simmons), Ayton, Westbrook, Capela, etc. either starting or coming off the bench. So, if you made a 12-men roster out of these, the sheer number of all-stars would ultimately be the difference maker.
Therefore, I decided to take this thought experiment up a notch and make it more challenging. I decided to see what the best iteration of a team made of players that aren’t the first, the second, nor the third best player on their current team is. I asked myself if it was possible to make a contender out of players who are not in the top 3 players on their own teams.
Before I propose a team, let me list the best players eligible for this experiment. The best 3 players on each team are in brackets, and, in many cases, it wasn’t really clear who would be considered the 3rd and who the 4th best player, which makes the experiment a bit more random, but bear with me:
Atlanta: (Trae, Collins, Capela): Kevin Huerter, Cam Reddish, Bogdan Bogdanovic
Boston: (Tatum, Brown, Horford): Marcus Smart, Dennis Schroder, Robert Williams
Brooklyn: (KD, Harden, Kyrie): Joe Harris, Patty Mills, LaMarcus Aldridge
Charlotte: (LaMelo, Hayward, Bridges): Terry Rozier, Kelly Oubre, PJ Washington
Chicago: (LaVine, DeRozan, Vucevic): Lonzo Ball, Alex Caruso
Cleveland: (Garland, Allen, Mobley): Collin Sexton, Lauri Markkanen, Kevin Love
Dallas: (Doncic, Porzingis, Brunson): Tim Hardaway Jr
Denver: (Jokic, Murray, Gordon): Will Barton, Monte Morris
Detroit: (Cade, Jerami, Bey): Isiah Stewart
GSW: (Steph, Draymond, Klay): Andrew Wiggins, Jordan Poole
Houston: (Wall, Wood, Kevin Porter Jr.): Eric Gordon, Jae’Sean Tate, Alperen Sengun
