16 December 1942. Gona. The three Chapman brothers from Moonta in South Australia, who all joined the 2/27th Infantry Battalion. The siblings are pictured pausing during a break in fighting against the Japanese just after the fall of Gona in Papua New Guinea.
Found these at an old copper mine near Moonta and Kadina, South Australia. I believe them to be Malachite and perhaps Chalcopyrite

dreamt that australia and new zealand were off of south america, and new zealand was perpendicular to australia and there was a country to the south of it and the strait in between them was called the bottle bay.
Living where there's coastal erosion can be a nightmare. New South Wales, Australia: evident are desperate attempts to keep it at bay by depositing many large boulders.
