A list of puns related to "Miter gauge"
I own a SawStop Job Site Saw, and was looking to purchase an aftermarket Miter Gauge and Fence. I've been reading reviews and have seen a lot of comparisons between the Incra and the Kreg offerings.
I'm looking to spend $150 - 200 USD and have seen Rockler offers a Fence / Gauge in that price range, but I can't find much in the way of reviews on it. Does anyone have experience with it or can point me to a good reference?
I plan to use it with Rockler's Perfect Miter Setup Blocks for some geometric designs I am being asked to create, if that matters.
Thank you in advance.
I have a Dewalt table saw that works really well for me but the miter gauge is pretty ugly. Has anyone found something good for around $100? I do a lot of home repair and hobby stuff but I enjoy getting as accurate as my wallet allows. Thanks!
Woodpeckers has the Incra 1000SE miter gauge on sale for $139.99 + shipping. Regular price is $194.99

Currently $194.99 at Woodcraft and $181.99 on Amazon, com. This is an accessory you can keep if and when you upgrade your saw, good investment.
I have an old craftsman table saw. I still use the basic one that came with it. Looking to upgrade this Christmas. Not looking to go crazy but are there some good ones around 50 bucks?
Do miter gauges exist under $50? Even the most simple miter gauges seem overpriced. Iβm currently borrowing my brother-in-lawβs Ryobi table saw until I get my own (saving for a Dewalt), but the miter gauge that it comes with is trash and I canβt easily screw on a custom fence (the notches for doing so are below the sled and difficult to access).
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
I have a delta 10β contractor table saw. Perfect for the woodworking I do. I want to upgrade to a flat top blade and a better miter gauge. I donβt mind spending a little more for good quality. Any suggestions?
Anyone find a decent aftermarket solution?
I've seen reviews for some Incra, Kreg, and Rockler ones that all say they are either too long for the short tabletop on this saw, have a weak screw, or some other issue.
Just curious if anyone has any recommendations for a more precise one that fits/works well.
Thanks!
I purchased the Kreg miter gauge for my Rigid r4512 table saw and love everything about it, at least after I added a Katz-Moses stop block to it.
My table saw came with a handy spot to store the OEM gauge, but that spot isn't conducive for the larger Kreg gauge. What solutions are out there to keep a larger miter gauge available but still out of the way?
I'm new to woodworking and just got my first tablesaw (Sawstop Jobsite, I have a really small space). I've purchased a few Woodpeckers items and was looking at the exact-90 miter gauge. My question is, why would you use this vs the fence? My guess is there are times the fence isn't as accurate and maybe a tool like this would produce better cuts?
The miter gauge that comes with it is TERRIBLE. The slides donβt fit correctly so they wiggle around. I built a custom MDF piece to replace the top part (the part the slides attach to), but the slides still ruin it.
Iβve seen that the newer Dewalt tables have an improved design but I donβt want to get another table saw if I donβt have to. Is there an aftermarket miter gauge that fits the DW745??
