FREE National Level Competition for Students in the age group of 10-25 years to showcase their knowledge and talents in the field of Cyber Safety and Security
Request to promote this event among your student fraternity and encourage them to grab exciting prizes worth Rs. Five Lakh spread across all categories.
Motivation: To effectively utilize this lockdown period so that the students can showcase their knowledge and art talent by participating in this event.

According to the document issued by the state network information office, operators who have personal information of more than 1 million users must apply for network security review to the network security review office when they go abroad.

I'm assuming this means that the site is actually shut down for good, and (as far as I know) there's no alternative site.
