A list of puns related to "Minister of Munitions"
There are currently only 2 (techincally 3) battle avionics worth using, which means flux capacity only has 2 (3) uses. Particle Ram, which is a one-time flux energy cost for the entire mission, and Void Hole, which costs upwards of 300 plat on wf.market because the droprates are such garbage. There's also Tether, which is the poor man's Void Hole and has no reason to ever be used if you have the latter. Seeker Volley and Fiery Phoenix's are the only other battle avionics I ever see used, but their damage is hot garbage in Veil Proxima and they're just a colourful waste of energy.
I can count on one hand how many times I've seen people use dome charges, to say nothing of people who craft more of them to use. Most people want to save the very limited forge slots to craft revolyte or maybe flux energy if the ship is doing fine. Dome charges suffer from an ammo count, a resource cost, an annoying process to actually use them, lackluster damage vs their only reason to exist (crewships) until you pump enough particle procs into them that a peashooter will take them out and also they can be totally blocked by the crewship's engines because no punchthrough. To contrast, getting into archwing or slingshotting yourself to the crewship, taking out the reactor, be it with operator, stealth or a tank frame, getting out and pumping 2 cyngas bursts into the ship to delete it takes barely 20 seconds, has no resource cost and puts you in the perfect position to collect the loot. Having it be the railjack equivalent to a nuke ult would at least fix the issue of forge slots and resource costs, while also giving us a reason to actually use flux energy.
Munitions' intended use case is kind of shit and killing one enemy with a homing rocket it not worth having a direct resource cost attached to it while also taking up forge cooldowns. We already have Seeker Volley using energy instead of resources, the other missiles should function the same way. Their REAL use case though is actually pretty good, nuking multiple enemies stuck in a Void Hole would be a pretty good ability synergy that would be pretty much unchanged by having the cost shifted to flux energy, besides having both Void Hole and missiles use the same resource, thus making flux more relevant while also clogging up the forge less, though the large amount of ammunition (i think 30 or so) makes this much less of an issue than dome charges.
This isn't me whining about using precious resources during the mission. They'

Will post videos of it soon
