A list of puns related to "Medical Devices Directive"
Why YSK: Living wills and other advance directives are written, legal instructions regarding your preferences for medical care if you are unable to make decisions for yourself. Advance directives guide choices for doctors and caregivers if you're terminally ill, seriously injured, in a coma, in the late stages of dementia or near the end of life.

In addition to just the overall decline in quality of greyβs I figured even when it was better written it wasnβt going to satisfy many viewers because we get to see nearly 20 years of character and plot development in a vacuum overall, so the new show episodes for better or worse have a hard time competing with that. But I donβt think I can hold that tiny benefit of the doubt card anymore after seeing Station 19.
Bailey and Carina had what felt like WAY more screen time and personal plot development happen on S19 than weβve seen for several seasons on GA.
However you celebrate the weekend - by a campfire, over Zoom, or around the little kids table - please take the opportunity to talk to your loved ones about your and their wishes in the event of a critical illness. Understanding and sharing these wishes now, when you all have a chance to talk and be heard, saves the distress of making hard decisions in a hospital room later.

So, first time poster. My MIL was in hospital from suffering what they call a widow maker heart attack. Her advanced medical directive stated that when she was deemed to live 6 months or less (hospice in the US) that she did not want artificial nutrition. My husband (MIL's oldest son) and I just found out that his brother authorized TPN (artificial nutrition) after the doctors stated she needed to be moved to hospice care as there was no hope of recovery. I provided the hospital with official documentation of her advanced medical directive specifically stating that she wanted no artificial nutrition before this official diagnosis was made of hospice. My BIL consented to artificial nutrition to prolong her life after they stated hospice. My MIL had the heart issues that they couldn't correct, as well as kidney and liver issues. She wasn't eating as she wasn't hungry, couldn't walk hardly any distance, and stated she was ready to be with her husband (he died several years ago). I know from experience that TPN is very hard on heart/kidney/liver, and should only be supplied to those deemed able to handle this type of nutrition through port if necessary. We were told my MIL was not going to recover and needed to be placed in hospice, but that they needed to put a port in for normal fluids and comfort medications. My husband and I moved my MIL to a hospice facility, where she passed away 2 days later.
Our question is, is there anything we can do? Both brothers are listed as executors/POAs/guardians, but her directive was very specific of moms wishes. My husband and I are very upset that her wishes were not carried out according to her directive. This is not the first time that my BIL did something against the family wishes, so we just want to cover our bases, as there have been a few questions from insurance that have the directive on file. They are considering not paying for a few items that go against the directive, and if that is the case we want my BIL to pay those bills and see what we need to provide to the lawyers for the estate. Both brothers are listed as executors/guardians, but our understanding is that the medical directive stands and cannot be overruled and is why my MIL went through "the five wishes" for her estate. Any help is greatly appreciated. We are in Texas. MIL passed not to long ago and we are trying to get everything situated on the estate. Just really want to help my husband as this is a very hard thing for him and trying to help in eve

It says that itβs for first generation students and itβs meant to help make connections. Does that first generation part mean by like race or like first generation medical student or what (btw iβm not a first generation student by race)? I think itβs race but if itβs not i donβt want to miss out on any opportunities. Thanks!
I got my test result from St. Joes and at the top it says βCOVID-19 PCR with medical directive (NPS)β. Iβm just wondering what does that mean?
Hi, all! I am awaiting final clearances and first invitation. One of my children has a chronic skin condition for which she uses a large, narrowband UVB phototherapy unit.

This device plugs into a regular outlet in our home in the US.
I have heard that, at pretty much any post in the world, it will be possible to use this device. I have also understood that transporting it will not pose a problem.
Can anyone confirm, or point out any snags you might see here? I do plan to call the manufacturer re: transformer and if they will ship new lightbulbs overseas.
Thanks so much!
I'm sure there are more than I'm just not remembering. Thanks for letting me rant. Figured this crowd would be cool with it.
I quit in April and am a tattoo artist now, just finishing up my apprenticeship. Fuck corporate America.

MBOT has traded up over the course of the last month by 20% to its current trading price. Shorts, especially hedgies, are shorting it heavily as the CTB rose to 367%. This indicates that the shorts are trapped as they canβt move the price lower anymore.

Been avoiding these hills for the past years everytime it snows. Just got a job this year delivering medical supplies and implants and we got scheduled surgeries this week and we're busy as we can be because we're off on New Years.
Now, my employers issued us snow chains for our vans (Ram 2500 Promaster cargo van) but I never ever drive when it snows. My past employers usually allow us to call out, but not this one. Surgeries need to happen and that cost thousands of dollars, but my current employers think I can miraculously drive to hospitals/surgery centers as if I'm a plowdriver.
How do people who are required to drive downtown and can't call out because your services are needed? How do you guys do it?
Hello All. Would anyone have insight they would care to share about the Red River ""Medical Device Reprocessing Technician" 4 month certificate program? For example:
- how high is the demand for graduates? (particularly in Wpg)
- average starting salary?
- are full time positions the norm? (I hope so!)
Thank you kindly!
