It’s time for the monthly update. Same thing as the last few times. I will not be counting appearances in Story Cards. If a character is italicized, it means they’ve officially appeared in a story chapter or event. However, this time we’re going to add one more thing. If a character is bold, it means they haven’t officially appeared in a story chapter or event, but are fightable in the Arena, Tower, or in one case in a story chapter. I’m probably gonna make this a monthly thing. I’m also going to add PC-98 characters because why not. If I’m going to add Rinnosuke (who I think has a low chance of ever becoming playable), might as well add PC-98 characters as well. Only named characters will be added. That’s not to say the characters are likely since some of them don’t have personalities. If you have suggestions on how to approach these characters, let me know.
