A list of puns related to "Mac Gargan"
I think that in the midst of all the chaos in Spider-Man 3 MCU movie after having his identity revealed, the iron spider suit would be stolen from Peter.
As the Dark Reign Saga is revealed in further movies (or even before that) Mac Gargan would resurface in the Iron spider suit (painted black) to take revenge on Peter.
After getting beat though, he would probably redesign the suit, removing extra limbs and keeping just one and converting it to the tail, and making the suit green converting the Iron spider Armor to the Scorpion Armor.

Itβs easy enough to say that he was alluding to potential members of the Sinister Six. But who were they? Heβs merely an arms dealer, so heβs not going to be particularly well-connected. Well, he might be, possibly to crime lords like Kingpin, but Iβm talking about non-criminals. Kravenβs aristocratic heritage is important to his character, so that safely rules him out. Doc Ock and Lizard could be Peterβs university lecturers or employees of a major corporation like Oscorb, so theyβre also unlikely.
The only logic I can come up with for him having connections to any of those three is that either Norman Osborn (who would have said connections) already had his foot in underground crime, which isnβt impossible, or Tinkerer escaped and connected Osborn with Gargan (although my understanding is that Gargan and Mason never really knew each other, Iβm watching Homecoming again tonight but I canβt even remember if Tinkerer was on the ferry).
I think that from Toomes and his associates, itβll be him, Scorpion and Shocker that end up being part of the Sinister Six.
Right, Iβve just had another thought. Gargan mentioned that his friends were βon the outsideβ, so itβs entirely possible that he leads a dual life like Toomes did, but I still find it unlikely that heβd directly be in contact with Osborn or Kraven.
Thoughts?
I wasn't actively reading comics at the time so I completely missed the period where Gargan was Venom, so why is that era seemingly universally hated by fans?
Macdonald "Mac" Gargan was the Scorpion, a super powered villain of Spiderman's with an armored battle suit and tail. However, after Eddie Brock, (the original Venom) rejected the Venom symbiote, the symbiote eventually found its way to Mac Gargan just as he was about to put on his new Scorpion suit and so the pair were bonded. Gargan saw the direction of the wind in Civil War and willingly joined the Thunderbolts, a team of supervillains in order to escape prison. During his time as a Thunderbolt, the symbiote began to control Gargan more and more, becoming like an addictive drug that also made him go berserk in combat and have cannibalistic impulses(despite Gargan's objections).
When Norman Osborn decided to create his Dark Avengers, Gargan was a natural choice to pose as Spiderman. With some drugs from Osborn, Gargan was given the ability to look like the webhead if need be. As Spiderman, Gargan served Osborn dutifully, though he went off the rails many times due to his increasing savagery as he began to accept the symbiote's savagery more and more. Gargan eventually participated in Siege, an attack on Asgard by Norman Osborn. He was defeated by Ms. Marvel and Spiderman and taken into custody, where the symbiote was removed and given to Flash Thompson.
Intellect and Fighting Style
While Gargan is mostly a straight forward bruiser that relies on his raw power to overwhelm enemies, he has shown some flashes of strategic thinking
Mac appears to go savage and start eating civilians . However, [this turns out to be a bluff to draw out a hidden Skrull. Osborn even compliments him on his control of the symbiote. One could argue that it was t

Hello!! I'm obviously a huge eddie brock fan, I have most of the 90s stuff, and some of the more recent anti venom stuff. I sort of missed that whole stint with mac gargan and I was hoping someone could recommend some cool stuff with him as venom. I heard he actually ate people.
Macdonald Gargan was your everyday private investigator until the newspaper publisher, J. Jonah Jameson, hired him to be genetically altered and armored in order to hunt down Spiderman. This enhancement worked, but drew out Gargan's dark side and gave the rather miserable Gargan an outlet for his repressed anger
At one point, Gargan got the Venom symbiote, but he was forced to take it off by the government. This nearly killed Gargan, and so he became an obvious candidate for Alistaire Smythe(the Spider Slayer) to recruit for his cause by giving him a suit that would keep him healthy as well as let him get revenge on Jonah. This scheme failed, but Scorpion kept the armor and got further upgrades to it. Most notable as of late, Scorpion has lost his lower jaw to Doc Ock in Spiderman's body and now works for Tiberius Stone(who gave him a new jaw). Scorpion's armament typically has some kind of weapon in the tail, but he switches them out a lot and upgrades them as necessary, so I won't be putting feats for them here as in his most recent appearance, we have no feats for his tail weaponry.
Strength
His genetic enhancements have made Scorpion very strong, and his armor helps supplement this with its weaponry.
Takes down Luke Cage in just a second or two. This was Luke Cage prior to his upgrade
[He can snip Spiderman's webbing with jus
Scorpion is in peak condition, and is excitedly bloodlusted after seeing this very episode of Game of Thrones and wanting to prove his mettle against these odds.
Dany is still on Drogon's back and hasn't noticed Scorpion.
Can Scorpion turn the tide?
I'm looking to read the entire Gargan Venom storyline, it occurs to me I've yet to do so...as a seriously huge Venom fan.
I know he appears as Venom, Marvel Knights: Spider-Man #9.
Has a couple of Thunderbolt's appearances (if I'm looking at these messy lists right), and has a big part in Secret Invasion/Dark Reign/Siege/etc.
But what issues specifically. I'm looking for as completely of a list as I can to get his entire story. I know Dark Reign is a bunch of different books leading up to one big event. But in cases such as that I JUST want the Gargan tie ins.
Any and all help is INCREDIBLY appreciated. Please help me get the entire story!!
They fight just outside of a business building, and there are civilians everywhere. Both are in character, and have been given orders by their respective bosses to kill the other.
Which issue of Spider-Man: Marvel Knights did Gargan get the Symbiote? 9 or 10?
