A list of puns related to "Lotus Elise"
I've never driven one or even seen one in real life, so I can't profess to be an expert. But I heard it weighs 400 lbs less than a Miata, wow!
It looks like you can get a solid one for about the same price as a new ND with options. Pricey for a used car but pretty damn cool! I've been thinking about dream cars that aren't totally unattainable (no McLaren F1s or Carerra GTs). My other maybe attainable dream car would be a Ferrari 360 Modena, but obviously that's pretty different, heavy (probably) and powerful and more expensive.
I open up the floor to you guys, what are you saving up for or dreaming of getting one day? I know Miata is always the answer, but I'm curious what else folks like in here. RX7? original NSX? would be really cool I think..
My only reservation with the Elise is I'm not crazy about the bug eyed front end, but it looks like some years were a bit more chill from my Google image searching.
P.S. I shall give myself 5 lashings for heresy. I love all Miatas (well I'm not crazy about NC looks tbh), my favourite ever car was my NB BRG, RIP.
This is my first tune on here, an A800 Elise setup for fast cornering. Not a world beater meta car, but capable of top 1% times on some of the more twisty circuits. Its done well for me on tours and open racing for its ability to out-corner most other cars with its go-kart-like handling.

Its biggest flaw right now is top speed and its not ideal for long straights and most sprints, which is fine since that wasnt the goal with this one. I feel I've squeezed out as much power as I can get without sacrificing handling and precision, but of course any feedback is appreciated.
Hi all, Iβm in a bit of a dilemma. Iβm looking for a 2 seater sports car as a second car and a bit of a toy. Iβm currently torn between a 1.6 Elise and an F-Type. My heart wants the lotus but practicality is telling me to get the jag for the ease of use and not looking like an idiot at work (Iβm 6β2β so getting in and out has been difficult for me). Has anyone had both of these and could give a decent opinion on the practicalities of these as a semi-daily drive ?
Hi All,
Would love some feedback on the build. Not the best driver but got a 59:54 on Mexico with it.

Does anyone know if there's a chart for 323 vs 233? Just curious.
(u/awaffle4life I summon you)
No clue if this is anywhere near meta, but it worked for me, and I wanted to share. Good luck!
Disclaimer: This car is, by any means, not easy to drive. Be careful out of slow turns, you will get wheelspin.

Some of the suspension settings might look off on first look, but due to the weight balance of only 40% in the front, this actually balances the car quite well, which is especially important in the final corner of HMC.
I'm aware that there is room for improvement, but I think I'm on the right path.
Feedback would be very much welcome.
