Is this list correct? I keep finding conflicting info. For example, legionella in Uworld is lobar whereas uptodate says it's interstitial..
Lobar: Strep, Staph, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas, Moraxella, H.flu
Interstitial: Mycoplasma, chlamidya, influenza, legionella
In my pharmacology textbook it's mentioned that benzathene penicillin can't be used for lobar pneumonia, and I tried to find out the reason but to no avail. Could anyone tell me why it's not used?

Poorly aerated alveoli imply alveolar hypoventilation. In this case, tho, we have literally inflammatory fluid built up at the alveoli which would count as the thickening of the AC interface. I don't understand how D is the answer. Any input is appreciated.

I think you should do a video about Billy Ghoul. He was a supposed serial killer from Aberdeen Washington in the 1900's. He would capture men and women and torcher them and when he was done killing them he would slide their bodies down a trap door and they would go into the Wishkah River. He was later caught and died in prison from dementia and syphallis. There is a Bar and Grill in Aberdeen Washington that is named Billy's that he is supposedly haunting today and the factory were he murdered people is still standing as of today. Here is some more information:
William Gohl (February 6, 1873 – March 3, 1927) was a German-American alleged serial killer who, while working as a union official, allegedly murdered sailors passing through Aberdeen, Washington. He allegedly murdered for an unknown period of time and was a suspect in dozens of murders until his capture in 1910. Spared from the death penalty by a request for leniency by the jury, he was sentenced to life in prison at Walla Walla State Penitentiary where he died in 1927 from lobar pneumonia and erysipelas complicated by dementia paralytic caused by syphilis. Recent scholarship has cast significant doubt on the veracity of the accusations against Gohl, with historian Andrew Goings arguing that the numerous bodies discovered in Grays Harbor were the result of accidental deaths caused by unsafe conditions on the docks and in the timber industry, and that Gohl was unjustly blamed for these deaths by influential local businessmen hoping to do away with a powerful figure in the local labor movement.
