A list of puns related to "Livvi Karelian language"
Inspired by this post in /r/Finland, I'm curious if Karelian is easier than Finnish to the native speakers of Estonian?
Personally, as a Finnish speaker, it is easier than Estonian but the example given on the post is harder to understand than the example given by /u/tempelli, which is a news broadcast in Karelian by the Finnish Broadcasting Company. Reason being probably because the Karelians speaking Karelia sound more Russian than the Finnish one.

Hello everyone,
Here we have a flagship planar headphones coming out of Russia (thatβs not Kennerton). This headphones took years of research and the Meanderless technology is patented by Snorry so it is the first of its kind. It took more than 3 months wait from the date of order to get it custom made in stabilized birch cups and imported to the States from Russia.
I'm moving away from headphones hobby due to unexpected life priorities so I'm selling off most of my collection in the next few weeks.
NM-1 (Flagship) Blue Stabilized Birch wooden cups
Premium built materials: not a single plastic part can be found in this headphones. Earpads and headband made from high quality genuine leather, solid stabilized birch wood cups and attachment point, spring steel yokes, reinforced fabric mesh for an open sound w/o any acoustic resonances.

I was already aware places such as r/linguistics and r/languagelearning would have no substance or help considering the incredibly small speaking population of the Karelian language and the people who know of this languages existence being reflective of that population. I ask here because Russia is a significantly larger country, not just size obviously, but population and has much less historical and cultural connection to Karelia. I understand that there is likely no one on this subreddit who was alive when Karelia was Finnish, much less alive long enough to remember those times, yet my options rather quickly exhaust themselves.
I have two resources. A Russian website from 2004 that requires me to double translate everything making it undesirable for learning, and a beautifully composed bachelors degree thesis from a student at Masaryk in Brno, Czechia. However, these are not enough resources by which to learn a language from.
I've attempted to make contact with Matti Meistamo, head of the linguistics department at the University of Helsinki to no response as of 8 days later. I've also just now sent emails to Siunev Sergeevich of Petrozavodsk University in Petrozavodsk, Republic of Karelia, Russia, as well as an open email to Kizhi state open-air museum in Petrozavodsk as well, which states to specify and have been providing preservation and knowledge of Karelian culture for 40+ years. I've also recently made friends with someone in Helsinki, however, he is not knowledgeable on the subject. This wasn't expected of him though, as the circumstances for our meeting are completely unconnected to my pursuits of learning Karelian.
I don't need specific super helpful perfect language learning courses or some rosetta stone, but if anyone has even the slightest idea of where I can turn to look for resources it would be greatly appreciated.
I understand what I am asking here, hyper specific materials on a hyper specific language where broad materials are already incredibly hard to come by, and as such I am incredibly grateful to any and all attempts to help here, even its a goose chase in the end or a shot in the dark, the attempt is genuinely appreciated, thank you.
I had a sudden craving for karelian pies but I don't have the rye flour that seems to be important, is there anything I can use to replace it or will it be totally shit with only white flour
