Some problems with the different kinds of tv channels on air:

1. News: I don't need to elaborate here do I. Poor, shoddy, yellow journalism. Most "news" channels don't bother objectively reporting facts and resort to hosting endless "debates"/"arguments" between a bunch of morons that take up air time and have zero informative value.

2. TV Shows: Again, this hardly needs any explanation.

• Comedy: Terrible slapstick which is a combination of the same old dumb and unfunny jokes run over siddhu's surprisingly consistent laughtrack.

• Drama: ..

• Crime: (see CID to see what I'm talking about). You get the gist.

3. Music: I think one or two decent channels exist but I'm not sure.

4. Movies: Most channels run the same old shitty 90s films made by govinda or sanjay dutt. Decent channels with decent film showings could be listed here.

5. History/Discovery/Science: (We all know about the steady decline in Discovery Channel and History Channel. If you know any decent shows on them then feel free to comment)

6. Travel and Living: (Not sure if TLC is good anymore. This category could be interesting for passing time when free on a lazy weekend afternoon/morning)

Russian businessman Roman Trotsenko recently donated 15% of shares to the Republic of Armenia, and launched negotiations about building a new copper smelter. Trotsenko also runs the GeoProMining gold mine.
