I was recently watching the launch of the Pegasus XL rocket and it go me wondering: should ISRO be worried? Because, this may take away some of he competitive edge that India has in the small sat launching sector. What do you guys think?

Another US company, besides SpaceX, called Interorbital has a fully tested (way back inthe 1970's in Libya as the OTRAG system) ultra low cost heavy lift orbital and moon capable rocket system about to launch satellites (hope its ok to post here since its ultralowcost rockets)?

They just tested their engine modules in a newer more modern composite materials )(vs the old metal ones from the 1970's) http://www.interorbital.com/interorbital_062313_016.htm

They got a Nasa SBIR award in 2011 "Interorbital Systems Selected for NASA SBIR Award! MOJAVE-11.10.2011" http://www.interorbital.com/interorbital_062313_019.htm

and have a launch manifest of lots of satellites for 2013.

also they are a launch provider for a google X Prize Lunar lander.

Saw this graffito in Germany today. I have sifted through the pinned threat, but didn't find anything that matched exactly. My first idea was Germanic letters and that it must be a representation of our solar system, given the 12 symbols and the lines could signify orbital routes?
