A list of puns related to "List of museums in Cuba"
My wife and I are traveling to Cuba in the near future and I'm trying to determine how much cash I should plan on bringing with me specifically for cigar purchases. I see that Trip Advisor has a current pricelist, but it does not seem to be updated often.
I have done a fair bit of research and know to avoid street vendors and to buy from brick and mortar cigar stores (state run?).
Obviously, we're paying in cash. How much bargaining goes on in a state run store? If the clerk quotes a price, is that it?
Next, I suppose my wife and I have an $800 duty-free limit per person. Would bringing home 5-8 boxes of cigars be a cause of concern when getting through customs? These are for personal use, and I would probably bore the customs agent to tears explaining my excitement to go home and store these guys away.
Thanks for the help.
TL;DR- Recent Cuba travelers who bought cigars- What did you pay and how was the experience?
