A list of puns related to "List of individual gemstones"
I've had the cancel culture argument a bunch where people seem to legitimately think it's a fringe phenomenon or that it's not that important. Obviously, from my perspective, I've been reading articles and examples of the crazy woke mob for years, to the point where hearing about another story just registers as a little tick in my brain. But I think it would be useful to document these cases just so no one can deny, this is happening, and it's getting worse.
So I need to make a menu page and with two different locations with two slightly different menu options. I want to make just one design and populate it for each page based on ACF fields.
The Price List widget is good for the design, it's serviceable. It has problems, like when a product name has to take up two lines, the dotted line between the name and price is broken. But it looks fine, it looks good enough.
But Elementor doesn't support repeater fields. I could use regular ACF fields, but that would mean creating hundreds of individual fields, it would be easier to not use ACF at all and just have two different pages.
I see some third party addons claim to support it, such as Goose Studio (which I can't find any info about the quality of the addons). Crocoblock claims to support it, but not with ACF but with their own repeater field solution. I think The Plus Addons has support too, but I don't really trust them after their plugin caused a lot of sites to be effortlessly hacked.
Feels like I'm in store for serious plugin creep just to support repeater fields on the price list widget on a menu page template.
Or is there another way to make a template for a menu like the Price List widget that I'm not aware of?
I enjoy studying Bitcoin as a geek and as a citizen of Earth. I'm amazed at its purpose and function in every lesson, many of which are due to the generosity of those in this group. So thanks!
I'm unable to get my head around this question:
What keeps a mining pool coordinator from divvying up the pool of possible nonces when it supplies a shared template block to all its miners, to find a hash under the necessary threshold faster (on average) than an individual or smaller pool of miners?
I know the list of possible nonces is huge (32 bitΒ + certain bits from coinbase) but seems to me any finite list could be divviedΒ up to give a theoretical advantageΒ to a group of miners who each start from a different spot in the huge list. So if I'm coordinating x miners and ask eachΒ of them to begin their search in a spot in the list spaced 1/x nonces away from each other, wouldn't that increase the chance that one of my miners would find a winning threshold hash before a miner that is crunching through the whole list on its own?
I suspect I'll feel silly when I hear the answer but will appreciate the one who helps me feel silly by understanding Bitcoin a little better.
Insanity, why is American media hiding from this information

Howdy all! So, as a lot of you may know we don't allow promotion, marketing, etc. on the sub. With that said, most of our retailer info and general chatter is around the North American side of things, so here and there we'll allow posts for other places such as Australia so they can get a better handle on retailers in their respective areas.
I've decided to have a little thread opened for input on legitimate retailers and grey market sites you all trust so that we can update the sub's Wiki appropriately to aid future members on where to go to safely buy fragrances.
This is for places such as Sephora, FragranceNet, Essenza Nobile, etc. This is NOT an opportunity to highlight individual sellers on eBay or your friends or anything like that. This is simply a call for help to further fill out information for newcomers and the like.
With that said - what are some trusted grey market & official retailers in your respective countries? Online or physical locations, all are welcome.
Then I'll do a little compiling and update the wiki. :)

Hi all,
I put together this list a few months ago and have posted it inside a few environment related posts. I have had some replies saying I should post my own thread, so here it is.
This list is graded by difficulty (with both $ and effort taken into account) that we can do and aim for as individuals to keep society moving in the right direction. My wife is an Ecologist and she approves of this list.
Hopefully this list can make it easy for you to use as a checklist and not feel too overwhelmed due to lack of focus combined with climate panic. Most of this stuff we have total control over to do in our own lives. Some of it takes longer than others due to saving large amounts of money. I have found it felt rewarding to accomplish most of this list so far. Most of this stuff does not take too much time and money.
The expensive stuff like buying an EV, electrifying house, induction stoves, heat pumps, solar, etc. Are all costly up front, but as a result your monthly bills and maintenance will go down a fair bit. No more natural gas fees (delivery fees), far less EV maintenance and no more gas fill-ups, no more combustible gas inside your house, no more health risks with off-gassing of gas stoves.
We each have slightly above average income (we do not have fancy 6 figure careers) but we have so far been able to do 80% of the expensive items mostly due to changing our saving/spending priorities (Last thing for us is solar roof and EV which will be delivered by end of this year). We never buy useless crap. We do not air travel as often. We mostly buy used furniture and clothes. Once we get our EV, our home and vehicle will run fossil-fuel free. We will have nothing in our lives that burn fossil fuels to operate.
Anyways, I felt I had to explain the expensive stuff because it does require a bit of life perspective change and priority change. Most people try to save for big trips, or a pool or hot tub, boat, ATV, etc. My wife and I are at the point where we find it ridiculous to save for indulgent luxury items, so we instead saved for the expensive important stuff that eliminates our carbon emissions.
The list:
Easy stuff:
> If the game had been handled better
So, what I mean with this is there are certain cards that one could argue need banning/limiting ingrained so deeply in so many decks that making a list of all the combos and saying you "can't play this with that" is nearly impossible now. Not to mention some cards that are generic enough that there is no real way to restrict them and banning the cards themselves is the better way
But on to the idea I was juggling around with (realizing that this is just a flawed thought experiment at this point), it as the title says: Instead of banning the individual cards, ban them if you have certain other cards in your deck.
Just to give an example that comes to mind and was relatively recent: The Union Hangar + Buster Sword issue. Instead of banning one or the other, just say that you cant have both in the same deck. Problem solved. Union hangar got to stay an the BB Furball stopped being widely available to anyone who could make the formerly mentioned link.
Once again, like I said at the start, the idea is fundamentaly flawed. But as I write this I also wonder if this could still be applied in conjunction with the normal banlist to prevent certain cards that dont deserve the ban hammer from getting hit when a new card appears that can interact with them in a broken way.
Edit:
To all the people saying it would be a hassle: Would It really? With the amount of stuff we memorize for this game, even more those who keep up with the meta would remembering "I can't play X with Y" or some variation really be that much trouble?
Thought I'd give my two satoshis on the vast number of companies and individuals that have changed their views on Bitcoin and crypto over the years. Or if they have not changed it, why that is.
The biggest βexcusesβ for their harsh stance on crypto are always illegal activities and illegal transfer of funds across borders.
Why do they have a problem with illegal activities? Bcs they donβt think anyone else should be doing it. From 2017 to 2020, criminal economic activities were overwhelmingly conducted by traditional financial institutions. Research shows that crypto is not the primary currency for illegal activities. FIAT is. Also, a major part of illegal activities were related to scams, not terrorism or drugs. Remember all those clickbait articles that say a major part of crypto is related to illegal activities? Well, turns out it was clickbait. It fell from a staggering 2,1% in 2019 to half of percent (rounded UP) in 2020. Source here.
What about transfer of funds? Again, this is their territory and they want to protect their business model. Financial institutions are responsible for laundering $1.6 trillion EACH YEAR. The entirety of crypto is worth slightly above $2 trillion (and we just entered this). They do $1.6 T EACH YEAR.
Out of top 10 banks in the world, four are Chinese (ICBC, China Construction Bank Corp, Agricultural bank of China and Bank of China). All of those had their own issues with crypto. Itβs safe to say that the Party does not look favorably at anonymity or transparency. But why all the recent FUD from China (and their banks)? itβs because they have their own cryptocurrency out. China has been preparing the digital yuan for quite some time now and ICBC was the first to enable a feature that allows users to convert their digital yuan to cash on actual ATMs.
Out of the remaining big banks we have Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, J.P. Morgan Chase, HSBC Holdings PLC, BNP Paribas, Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
Letβs take a look at each.
Jamie Dimon (CEO of JP Morgan Chase) famously called BTC a fraud. Also:

... keep reading on reddit β‘I've been a dedicated Nova user for close to a decade now and thoroughly enjoy all of the customization it provides, but one thing I've never seen any app on Google Play let you customize is the concept of launcher pages itself. I think it would be cool to be able to have a continuous space of apps and widgets that allows you to continuously scroll left, right, up, or down without having discrete pages. I'm not talking about a long list to scroll through like Niagara, I'm talking about an extensive 2D grid where you can place apps and widgets (or at least a continuous ribbon). I would even settle for a launcher where the pages are in a grid rather than a line.
Does anyone know of a launcher like this? The only real place I have ever seen this implemented is in the failed Android-based tablet operating system from 2011 GridOS, where this was its headline feature. I remember seeing this back then and thinking it was cool and it has never left my mind. I tried an app called Wide Launcher that has free placement of items between pages but it still has discrete pages (also I'm pretty sure it tried to hack my Facebook account so don't install this app). Any others?
I've been trying to Google this for hours, but only found one that answers it. However the explanation was short, and because there was only one, I couldn't make sure if it was correct at all.
Let's say a function asks for an input n, and then it creates a list x with n elements. What would then be the time complexity of print(x) with respect to n? Would its run time scale with whatever the size n of the list x is and therefore it would be O(n)? Or is its runtime going to be constant regardless of the size n?
The reason I'm having a hard time finding an answer to this in Google is because the results I get is always talking about iterating through the list and printing each element individually, instead of printing the list object itself.
According to the one result I found, it is also O(n), because the print function in this case apparently also iterates over the list visiting each element once. It would be nice if anyone else could confirm if this is correct.
Greetings all! Hope you are all enjoying this fine Pre-MOASS Day. I come to you all with a request for information with the intention to log and educate fellow apes and non-apes alike.
TL;DR: My goal is to assemble a simple easy to read spreadsheet/ list of all Possible & Know crimes committed by Companies and by Individuals we currently know of related to GME and surrounding events. I intend to update this list as new information comes out. I need your wrinkles to make this work!
I Intend to Order and catalog them by Date, Type, Conviction status, company or individual status, and relation to GME.
I'm aware this is a large undertaking and that's why I'm asking for help. I'm just a little too smooth to do this alone, I want to make this as accurate as possible and need your aid.
If you think this is something you would want to see made let me know. PM me or Comment regarding notable events, crimes, and suspicious bs.
What stood out to you? What do you think is overlooked?
there's so much that has happened since January and I've lost track of a lot of it.
My final goal after compiling the spreadsheet is to make a digital timeline poster to archive and point out the major events of the leadup to MOASS and likely after. I am not promising anything as of now but these are my goals:
1- Make a Spreadsheet google document that actively tracks crimes and misdeeds related to Gamestop and the market at large in relation to MOASS, the impending market correction/ crash, short squeezes, etc.
2- Make a Reddit-friendly version that can be posted, reposted, and updated regularly.
3- Make a Digital Poster that will act as a visual timeline, this will also be updated but likely less regularly.
I eagerly look forward to your feedback, data, criticism, questions, and ideas (good, bad, and smooth-brained) Thank you all! πβπ€
