Apparently USSR can hit 150civ/ 250 mil without conquest by Barbarosa now. I've tried it and it's pretty tight to hit all the timings, basically need to hit 150 civ by Jan 1939 to meet these timings. But you're at like 20 mils at that time.

This year I take the decision I am formerly from USA and sadly even paying the top metal insurance to be seen in the best health system for chronic pain with I do have many complex painful problems and honestly the problem are not the doctors or the medication or insurance the problem here are politicians, lobbies, big government rulings the doctors, I think the government agencies are ruling now what best for Us.
So I invite everyone here to make a list of countries that would open the door for our self.
Next year I am out of USA I thinking still for example South America or Caribbean but that all because I will not gonna be living like this or be on depression I am too optimistic.
