Mayonnaise is an absolutely delicious condiment regardless of whether it is used with other condiments or not.
Honeslty, the title says it all. I am sick and tired of people shitting on mayonnaise as some sort of abomination to a sandwich. A sandwich without mayo is dry and unsatisfying. You need the zingy dollop of fat to add more of the yum factor to your sandwich.

People who put hot sauces or condiments on EVERYTHING are the weird one because they don't like the taste of food they just like the taste of hot sauce and condiments
People like to poke fun of people who don't put hot sauce or a ton of condiments and spice on things, but it is people who smother their food in this garbage who are weird. They ONLY like the taste of whatever bottle they can get their hands on and should just drink that rather than waste on food they are never actually tasting.

Ketchup is far inferior to most other condiments and ruins the flavor of many foods
Title basically says it all. I think ketchup is bland and not only doesn't add anything, it takes away the flavor of most good food. Give me just about any other condiment (BBQ sauce, buffalo sauce, honey mustard, regular mustard, sweet n sour sauce, etc) over ketchup. The world would be just fine without it.
