How many military ranks are in each fraction and how many points you need the get them?
What is the correct way to list things other than name in andcestry.com such as; Military Ranks, Titles (Lord, Sir, etc), and Nicknames?
The fields in ancestry are "First & Middle Name", "Last Name", "Sufix"
Would a military rank and title be placed in the "Sufix" box?
Would nicknames be in parentheses in the "First & Middle Name" box?

The Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology has just launched their Climobil website. It allows you to compare the CO2 impact of different vehicles based on the production of the car, batteries and its energy consumption.
This is not the first site I see that proposes this, but it seems quite well done to me. It discloses sources and allows adjusting some of the parameters based on your particular situation (carbon content of electricity mix being a big one).
Rich people lists (Forbes, Hurun etc) are not meaningful measures of success, they just tell us how much wealth some people have accumulated for themselves;
A much more interesting question to ask may be:
"What Value has a person created for humanity, relative to the resources available to them."
A dynamic ranking of those who most help the betterment of humanity. Does such list exist? Who publishes it? Who decides what is more valuable for humanity?
- Rich Lists are not good reference for humanity.
- I’d love a list that ranks people in terms of Value created for humanity. As an absolute, as well as relative to personal wealth.
- I’d love for people to aspire to make it to this list, and for the people on the list to be admired and inspirational.
Key features:
- Anyone can claim to be creating value in different ways, in time (which can be valued) or in resources (which can be measured).
- Rather than self determining the merit and value of the claims (What causes are worthy, which ones should not), seek to get confirmation for those for whom the value is created, perhaps with some sort of editorial oversight/research or rather more effectively, to a decentralised dynamic community ranking a la Reddit up/down-vote with specific trigger points.
Ultimate goal: Create a culture of inspiring by doing good and leave the community to vote on the merits of our actions, which is also a useful feedback loop.
If nothing of the sort exists yet, I believe it deserves to. Do you agree? Any thoughts?
*While they are an ancient race, the Iraekians are not famous for being overly creative. They find a word or tool that works and stick with it. In this case you will note that most major ranks bear the suffix "-gheln" which changes meaning based on the preceding word or prefix. It's most literal translation can be approximated at "captain." There are many words within Iraeki that bear this quality, and so interpretation of translations can vary from source to source. For the sake of simplicity we shall only be using the most direct translation of given words. At some point in the near future a semi-complete dictionary of Iraeki words and runes shall be published.
Khagheln - Great Captain, commands the Ruulgheln. There can be no more than four acting Khagheln at a time, but it is most common for only one to be actively in command. Answer only to the King (Khazhan). Rank is indicated by the golden band across their breastplate and a white imperial crest on their left pauldron. Right pauldron bears their house banner.
1st-8th Ruulgheln- Warrior Captains that answer directly to the acting Khagheln, each Ruulgheln being in charge of an Angihk Ruulan (War Fleet, lit. "a thunder of battle") to use at their disposal in accordance with whatever orders and guidelines are placed upon them. Each Ruulgheln bears two silver bands on their breastplate and numerals on their right pauldron. Left pauldron bears the banner of their house. Different fleets adopt their own color scheme to distinguish themselves from one another whilst retaining the heraldry of the Imperial Navy.
Urumgheln- Light Captains. There are always one hundred active Urumgheln under each of the eight Ruulgheln. Every Urumgheln is in charge of one hundred ships under a Warrior Captain's Ruulan. Capable of acting independently of the War Fleet, but still beholden to the will of a Warrior Captain. As a symbol of their position, they bear two bands in the color of their War Fleet. Urumgheln may also adorn their helmets with markings and coloration to help distinguish themselves from similarly dressed officers. Right pauldron bears the numeral of their fleet, while left bears their name.

I have Dark as the second best TV show I’ve seen, only behind Breaking Bad, and honestly it’s really close. I only have Breaking Bad ahead because I think they have an equally good storyline, except Dark has sci-fi/fantasy elements, so Breaking Bad was able to match Dark’s mind bending story only using realistic elements.

Since I can't post links to this sub and it's far too large to post here conveniently, here is a link to a table I made of comparative Imperial ranks, the Tabula Graduum (which actually properly refers to the ranking system on the far left). I've done quite a bit of searching for this, but at the same time there's a quite a bit of my own headcanon here (such as the fact that Imperial Guard regiments have battalions in between companies and regiments).
As the name suggests, the concept of the Tabula Graduum is inspired by the Imperial Russian Table of Ranks, but unlike the Russian Table of Ranks acquiring a title in the (Senior) Tabula Graduum (i.e. GS-1 or higher) does not necessarily confer nobility (though certain worlds may); nor are the actual ranks listed here definitive either. (As the link notes, these ranks are more typical than anything, and certain institutions may lack or have additional ranks depending on the world you're on)
The Tabula Graduum is more akin to the NATO Standard Rank Scale in that it provides a pan-Imperial ranking system to coordinate large scale projects like Crusades rather than it being a definitive ranking system that would be regularly referred to by the Adeptus Administratum. At the very least, each branch of the Imperium has their own rank system (which are not necessarily pay scales, especially when it comes to unpaid institutions like the Adeptus Astartes), and these rank systems and/or pay grades would likely differ depending on what world you're in to. If nothing else, the Tabula provides a conceptual tool for me to figure out relationships between different Imperial institutions, chains of command, and so forth.
So for a couple years smash brothers was my number one most played game on my switch. At some point I got tired of playing and started playing Mario maker 2 more since you can get unlimited levels and many unique experiences. Eventually Mario maker 2 became my favorite switch game of all time so I was just wondering where does Mario Maker 2 rank for you if you had to rank your favorite switch games.
He’s perfect in this era with the constant switches, pick and rolls, and perimeter oriented shooting. Offenses are more complicated than ever.
We saw this year how he singlehandedly leveraged a weak Warriors team to be one of the best defensive teams in the league.
The thing about Draymond is that he is proficient in all aspects of defending, but his greatest strength is his IQ and communication. As an individual defender though he is probably not even top 2 in the league (Rudy Gobert/Kawhi Leonard).
