Hi,

My gf and I have recently agreed to rent a property. The advert says that it came with a garage. The original asking price was £1100 a month. We put an offer of £950 pcm in (knowing full well it was low), and the estate agents came back to us after having gone to the landlord with the offer saying it was too low. Asked us to up it. Fair enough.

We upped it to £1000pcm, we paid a holding fee and signed. We then asked which garage would be ours, to which we were told that the landlord only agreed based on us not having a garage.

We weren't relayed this information. We don't have evidence of them saying this in writing. My gf took the acceptance of the offer over the phone, and says she definitely wasn't told about not having access to a garage when they told us they accepted the offer.

I feel like we are being screwed over, and feeling sick about it. I phoned them up to say that we didn't get this information before signing and giving a holding fee, and they said they would get back to me after speaking to the landlord.

What can we do?

Due to the Pinned Topic "Top UK Hipop Artists to check out" being nearly a year old, It's time to update the list as it's most likely missing out on deserved mentions on the list.

I might Moderate the sub-reddit but I don't have 100% knowledge of every single uk rapper so I need you're help to update the list.

I will have 100 overall player reviews here at the top. Then is the 100 overall tier list. Below that, I compare the 100 overalls to similar players. Next, I rate and give my thoughts on the 95 overalls. Finally, I rate and put a tier list for all of the garage masters. Make sure to give feedback and thoughts!

Todd Gurley: A. Add some speed and you have a great HB.

Todd Gurley is a good multi-purpose back. Other than carry, he's a great HB. Speed boosters may be required because he only has 95 speed, but runningback speed boosters are easy to get at this point in the game. His blocking stats are really bad so I would not recommend putting him at FB. Gurley's good catching stats are an added bonus, at 80 overall they are good enough to be useful in the passing game. The thing that most impresses me about Gurley is that he can be both a power back and an elusive back. Not many halfbacks have this ability. With 94 strength, 97 truck, and 99 agility, Gurley will easily be able to run over defenders. 99 juke, 99 elusiveness, 99 elusiveness, and 97 acceleration make juking very easy. No matter what your playstyle is, Gurley will be able to fit it because of his many traits. If I had to pick one, I would definitely pick juking over trucking here. 95 carry isn't terrible but it isn't good either.

Good traits- Can catch, can juke and truck which is rare. High elusiveness and agility to help you out.

Bad traits- Below average speed, but you can easily boost him to 97 or go all the way to 99. His blocking is putrid (keep him out of FB) and his carry is meh.

Thomas Brady: Low B to B-. His 86 TOR means that he technically isn't the most accurate QB in the game, and that's the only reason to get him. I prefer Darnold by a little bit, but if you missed out Brady is still a good option.

I couldn't give him anything lower than a B because his accuracy stats are very nice. 96 throw power, 99 short, 98 mid, and 99 deep are the best base accuracy stats in the game. However, because of how bad his TOR is, Lamar Jackson is the real most accurate QB in the game right now. If you are looking for a pocket passer, Tom Brady would be the best option for you. He has a very quick release due to being a pocket passer and has 99 awareness. If you are the kind of player that drops back deep and throws downfield or quick crossing routes, he would be a great option. If you do any sort of running out of the pocket, I wouldn't even consider him. If you're a vertical play
