A list of puns related to "List of Twin Peaks characters"
What elements of Twin Peaks would you see as having their counterparts in the world of darkness lines? It seems to me that whole mystery, investigation and spiritual themes (the black lodge) would fit wonderfully into (or used as an inspiration for) our games.

Someone recently posted about a TP themed bar in Madrid and it got me thinking that it'd be pretty sweet to have users submit relevant TP themed bars or other such places that are open to the public. It could be cool to have them in the sidebar like the upcoming events tab.
Curious what everyone's thoughts are!
This is just me being stoned and thinking but a lot of fans including myself liked the nostalgic small-town quirky aspect to Twin Peaks more than some of the more supernatural elements. Not to say that I do not like the supernatural Elements which I do. But I would love to see a show that takes place in Twin Peaks or a town like it that brings the nostalgic aspect back.
Some of my favorite episodes ironically are from the second season. All of those boring James scenes with the weird lady and all of the funny stuff that happens in the second season really gave us more insight into the characters than the main plot did. Aside from key players let's just say.
I guess it's just me trying to express how if my only option was no Twin Peaks ever again or Twin Peaks lite, I take a Twin Peaks light which focused on characters first in a quirky small town with some seedy underbelly aspect but the main premise would not necessarily need to follow the supernatural. Drugs, relationships... all of those inner plot dynamics revolving around thr supporting characters is what I think a lot of people leave Twin Peaks feeling connected with.
People keep saying that the new season has a significant number of recently deceased actors, and besides Miguel Ferrer and Warren Frost I'm not sure who else has passed.
I like these universes that are kind a slice of life view of everyday characters. Except, with something extraordinary about them or their world. Any form of media is encouraged, and I'm happy to provide more detail about what I'm looking for!
So, I've been a fan of Twin Peaks since shortly after the first season started airing. My dad let me watch a couple episodes and I was hooked immediately. Anyway, I'm about to start a new campaign in my own homebrew world, and one of the first major NPCs is going to be based on Agent Dale Cooper. I'm leaning paladin kind of character right now. His deity is something else I'm making, a David Finch/Mark Frost amalgamation. The holy symbol being a blue rose.
I'm leaning full into Coop with his mannerisms, and his love for a "Damn fine cup of coffee". I'm just really excited for his NPC to be in the Double R Tavern hanging out and just being Dale Cooper in a fantasy setting. Depending on how the story goes, which I'm planning on being darker than my normal games, Cooper could follow parts of his journey in Twin Peaks. Maybe not all the S3 zaniness, but something interesting post S2 finale is definitely possible.
I'm so excited! Had to tell someone, and only one of my players comes here, but I feel he probably won't see it and definitely won't meta knowledge if he does.
