James Harden is leading the league in isolation plays by a noticeable margin. He is also converting isolation plays at a rate of 1.24 points per possession, 2nd among players with at least 25 attempts for the season. For comparison, the top offensive team (Warriors) currently average 1.14 PPP.
Saying Harden is starting the season on fire is an understatement. Houston can give the ball to James Harden and move all 4 guys out of the way, and it would qualify as elite offense.
