The mistake I used to do too often ... Panic sell! Now? I'm buying up the panic seller's discount!
while all the attention is on BTC today, a lot of alts are super cheap!!!
This is the cycle of the market (same thing happened at btc40k)
When BTC gets the big headline, often alts drop off a lot, and people panic sell when things look rough.
Personally I've been buying up Lisk and saying "thanks for the discount"
I think about it like this: is bitcoin likely to double before Lisk? My strong feeling is, while we are likely to see btc go from 50k to 100k, it will not be quick. Lisk on the other hand is moving fast, and correcting, moving fast and correcting... all in the right direction

You to wish you a good bull run. I‘m hodlin lisk since 0.07$ and stilö believe in the project. I read so much negative here and that‘s total BS. Look at all the projects in the top 50 no substance.
Lisk we be at least at 20$ in april and we will see great things coming this summer from Lisk.

It took 21 days to get from 16,000-17,000; 8 days to get from 17,000-18,000 and only 4 days to get from 18,000-19,000!
The Marketing manager Lindsay just wrote in a comment here on Reddit that the team is doing it's best to release 1.0 before 20 Feb!
That's amazing news.
According to my analysis, Lisk will hit at least 90$ before March if Core 1.0 will be released in January or early Feb!
Then in the last week starting on the 15th, the price will significantly increase every day until the 20th of February.
Lisk price is now under 25$. Where in the world can you make a 300-400% profit in only 5 weeks. I'm now holding 80% of my portfolio in Lisk.
Am very happy to read her comment, because I wasnt sure whether they wanted to release 1.0 together with Lisky and JS after the rebrand date.
Lindsay is not the first of the Lisk team who have released very positive things about Lisk Core 1.0. Great things can happen when we hear these rumors.

This is the 1D chart of Lisk, with MA50,100 & 200. Last time we had an up rise we had a nice healthy correction and then some consolidation.
It looks like this will happen again around this time. You can also clearly see the MACD is going below 0 as well.
Are you looking into buying in?
Safe buy in target
If you don't want to gamble I would suggest buying in around 4.75-5$ to be sure. Or just now.
Semi-risky buy in target
If you want to take some risks then I would set some buy orders around 4.2-4.5 $.
Very risky buy in target
If you are pessimistic you could set your buy-order around 3.8-4 $. That's the MA 100 line, we will probably hold that one.
I see the consolidation period happening until we see some actual results around the re branding and SDK.

I have seen that lot of new comers have joined this Subreddit. First of all welcome to the club guys! But,I want to caution/give you an advice which will be helpful for you. 3 months back when I was a newbie to lisk, I bought some lisk and kept it on the exchange Poloniex for a long time. Suddenly one day I saw Polo has disabled Lisk's withdrawal and I started to panic. Some of the members here told me that there is a chance that I might lose all of it. Luckily withdrawal was up and working again and I transferred by Lisks to my wallet. I didn't lose any and I would not like to see any of you guys lose money because of these stupid exchanges. So please do not keep any of the coins on these exchange(especially Polo). My 0.0013 lisk to this subreddit ;)

i am a very big fan of LISK and invested 80% of my portfolio into this project.
We all went through highs and lows but as a nice community we should give our newbies a weekly/monthly pinned update as a post to recommend the best votes.
I was thinking of a post with FAQ's and a periodically change of votes.

As the title says, how do you celebrate or prepare for the upcoming rebrand lifestream? Invite some friends? Chickenwings? Pizza? Meditate to handle the excitement?
Lisk Subreddit traffic has been increasing dramatically in the last few weeks. Even with the removal of bots, we have continued to see more support and higher numbers. Today over 2500 redditors were reading this sub. More people, more interest,more devs, more code, more LISK. LETS GOOOOOO!!!
My mother in law is very open minded and is one of the few people who actually listened to me and bought some bitcoin. Last night she told me she wants to get some ethereum. So I told her about lisk and why I own it. So instead of buying ether, I helped her to open a lisk wallet and she is now the proud owner of 25 lisk.

Friendly tip when buying more LISK:
Once you buy the LISK, you HODL. Once you see the price drop, you HODL. Once you see the price RISE, YOU HODL!!!! Leave your emotions out of it :)

In one single day our subreddit grew by 1,000+ members. Not only is this a great indication that we are growing, but ever since then we've seen triple digits in the amount of new subscriptions we receive on a day to day basis.
