A list of puns related to "Letter of transmittal"
Manager wants me to rewrite the tax return transmittal letter but he gave me no directives. He just doesn't like the verbiage that CCH spits out. I don't know what the hell he wants. I asked him and he said to just write one! WTF?!!?
So i'm in cali and had my hours reduced over the summer and filed for unemployment. I was still with my employer working part time hours or scrounging up any hours available (I work in the autism field and many of our clients do not have funding hours over summer). Anyway, I filed and was eligible for most months from july 2019 til the end of august 2019. My hours picked up again with the same employer at the end of August 2019 and was back to full time and I stated I no longer required unemployment benefits. Though, I should mention there was pending payments for the month of August due to my employer reporting that I refused work. I had a phone interview and explained to them that the work they offered was through an mass forwarded email that I never got a chance to look at for whatever reasons and explained it with EDD. A few days after that, my pending payments for August 2019 and the lasts 2 weeks of July finally went though. I figured EDD's interview determined I was still eligible.
Fast forward to today, October 10th, 2019- I received a letter in the mail "Notice of Appeal and Transmittal"
It reads:
"Your former employer, XXX, has appealed the department's decision finding you eligible for unemployment insurance benefits. If you are otherwise eligible, you will continue to receive benefits to each week you are unemployed and submit a claim form. .......You maybe required to repay to the Department benefits received after the date this notice is issued. enclosed is a copy of ......your employer is appealing."
A few more details added regarding contacting offices of appeal follow shortly.
So I'm a bit boggled by this given that I have no longer been collecting unemployment since the end of August. I have collected only just about $1,100 between July and August. Will I have to repay this? The letter says "you may be required to repay to the department benefits RECEIVED AFTER the day this notice is issued. I'm assuming they mean I would only have to pay for any funds given after this date of notice (October 8, 2019). This is all confusing.
I have no intention of going to the hearing as I do not need unemployment any more and have noted that the last time I had to authorize my weeks worked back in August. Is it okay for me to just not respond at all? Or will they make me repay those funds I received months before this letter came as my employer has appealed?
i'm thinking perhaps they appealed back in late August or early September and submitte

Below are links to the three (3) page enclosure referenced in Dr. Eisenberg's report dated November 9, 2005 through July 4, 2006. This enclosure was not provided with a previous TTM post (of the report) because it had not been provided by CASO. The enclosure has since been obtained.
This enclosure is an important document because it's one of the initial evidence transmittals for item BZ (#7926). Also, notice that page 3 of the enclosure denotes this evidence transmittal is D 6258, but, within the actual item descriptions, it's stated that BZ (#7926) actually came from D6265. I have yet to see any records which address D6265 or its origin. If anyone here has a record that clarifies the origin of D6265, it would be fantastic if you share that cite/source/document here.

They knew my name, but asked things like what my hobbies were, if I had piercings, music l liked, just like they were trying to get to know me better.
They told me things about them like where they were from, their hobbies, how he ended up in prison and how he learned from his mistake, just being young and dumb and following the wrong crowd.
I responded once or twice, but quit writing when he refused to tell me how he knew my name and address, he said "Just a friend", but would not give me a name. He wrote maybe a couple more letters after I stopped writing, saying he just wanted a pen pal, but understood if I didn't. Then that was it, never heard from him again.
I had 1 friend at the time, and she had no idea who it was. I've never been a social butterfly and I'm actually extremely introverted and don't talk to many people. I have no idea how this guy got my name or address.
But not t. That's just crossing a line.
