Who is the one like to be overreacting a lot and always complained way too much?
Most of the Cobra Kai characters tend to cause nothing but drama and have a huge reaction to an otherwise misunderstanding situation.
All Iโve seen is the first Karate Kid movie. How many more do I have to watch to see Cobra Kai? Thanks, Iโd really like to become a fan.
Johnny isn't a villain or a bad guy for not understanding pronouns and gender fluidity, he's just old and just overall kind ignorant of the modern world because he's so stuck in his old ways.
The joke is rarely on the people with the modern outlook, it's on Johnny for not knowing stuff.
And the fact he's unaware of this stuff makes perfect sense for his character, he's a dude who peaked in highschool in the 80s, all he cares about is his nostalgia and some coors.
I feel like that's a nuanced way to portray this kind of dynamic without bek g outwardly offensive.
Generation clash is a thing, and that's ok.
Is totally worth it ๐
