A list of puns related to "Jungle (Jungle album)"
Hi all. Album here will over trade by 15-20% for dragonite, also looking for umbreon from celebrations. Looking for any and all from base fossil and jungle, not interested in slabs. Let me know!
Hi everyone!
I hope this kind of post is allowed here. I'm doing a little project where I go to different subreddits of music genres and I ask the members what the best album of that genre is. After this, I listen to the album that got the most upvotes after 24 hours and write my thoughts about it (I will write this as a comment under this one, so if you want to read it, make sure to check back in 2-3 days. This won't be a professional review btw. I don't know anything about music theory so it's just gonna be the thoughts of a random guy). The list I'm following is Wikipedia's list of the most popular music genres in a randomized order. I'm planning to listen to one album per day and this time the genre is Jungle. So please recommend me an album in the comments. It could be the best one in your opinion, your personal favourite, or the album that best represents this genre according to you, but please, only submit one album. If you submit more than one in your comment, it won't count (If you really want to submit more, do it in separate comments). LPs are preferred, but EPs and mixtapes are also acceptable, even compilations and live albums if they're not too long. I don't know anything about this genre so I'm going in blind. I'm also looking for Jungle specifically and not Ragga Jungle because I had already listened to that.
This is the 271st day of me doing this. If you want to see what the previous days were, check out my post history.
Thanks to anyone who recommends an album.
TL;DR: I listen to a new genre every day, so recommend me one album and I'll listen to the most upvoted one and write my thoughts about it later.
Idk lol I'm not good at promo but I dropped a breakcore dnb type album on bandcamp that I'm really proud of it's free so check it out if u want and yeah
In 2020 I made threads about two of my self-releases here. You guys were welcoming and enjoyed my music a lot. After getting the positive feedback I decided to push myself harder, polished my production and engineering skills - I come back one year later with my third album titled "Garden Of Eyes". My style is influenced by harder side of dnb from 90s and early 00s, dub music, dark ambient and trip-hop.
You can listen to it on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/1osdOCdA2vVTbvcErkBggd
Or alternatively grab it for free from my Bandcamp page: https://offish.bandcamp.com/album/garden-of-eyes
Enjoy the trip
really been liking the jungle sound recently, but everywhere I've been looking for music people only post singles and sets- which I'm sure are great, I just really prefer to listen to music as an album. are there any great/classic jungle albums I need to check out? thx!

I recently attended a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and in the gift shop they had some LPs. One that was suggested to me was Duke Ellington - Money Jungle. I finally got a chance to sit down and play the A side and I really enjoyed it. I am not a jazz fan generally mainly because I donβt know anything about it. I do like blues somewhat. So what would be another good step for me? Iβm ok trying things I may not like or are maybe fringe to the genre. Is there a good place to continue? Iβm not locked to any instrument really as I was to explore.
I will be giving the B side a listen tomorrow.

this is an unofficial discussion for reactions to the album or whatever one desires to say about the album. this is for the sake of preservation of discussion.***
Every album is a pure gem, but if you had to rank them, how would you do?
For me it's:
Not sure how many people here listen to Jungle but quite a few of their songs off of the new album remind me of Torches, just curious if anyone else shares the same opinion. I highly recommend regardless, itβs very good
Something about the combination of vaporwave mixing techniques and jungle aesthetics hits a sweet spot in my brain, so I'm looking for recommendations of albums that are jungle themed! I'm familiar with nmesh/telepath's collab album, but I've only really seen a handful of others
I wanted to get into DnB and Jungle for a very long time now but never knew where to start. Please help me out so I can start my DnB journey!
The Jungle Giants - LOVE SIGNS is the Feature Album on triple j this week.
What do you think of it?
As any dictatorial mod does, I'm violating the rules of the sub here a little bit. But this new album is really great, and I figure if you just let it play all the way through it's sorta like a long mix. Happy listening.
