as you can see the last update is 5 months ago, right after he raised the money he stopped any updates on the indiegogo website or the project, physical or digital perks has not been delivered, any mention of the project on Jim's facebook/twitter/social media will result an instant ban/block. here is one example of him replying a backer with passive aggressiveness without giving any concrete info, while his fans attack/insult/bully the backer.
there is a lot of discussions from his own fans concerning about the progress of the project, heres a few examples: 1 / 2 /3 / 4 / 5 /6, as jim has not been commutating with the backers/fans or releasing any info at all in over 5 months
when confronted by a caller of his radio show, he slipped up and said he will be stuck with 41k after he deliver all the perks. its also worth noting that Jim Norton has been openly discuss on the radio that he has money problem after remodeling his apartment in the last few months, listeners of the Opieradio show on XM radio can confirm this

9 months ago I made a post on this subreddit about comedian Jim Norton's crowd funding cartoon project "Chip Chipperson Animation", more than one year ago Mr Norton promised to make a cartoon, crowd sourced it with 61,389 USD raised, then process to ignore and silence all the inquiry about the project in the following months. One year after the crowd funding campaign Jim Norton still hasnt release any new episode that he promised, has actually made reverse progress by erasing the 2 poorly written/poorly made pilot episodes from his Youtube channel, thus from the internet
To this sub's credit, my post from 9 months ago actually forced Jim out of hiding to address the ordeal with a condescending facebook post that can be seen from here. In the post he claimed he already released a few updates of the project on his radio show, which is behind a paywall, so to those of us without a SirusXM subscription can neither confirm there were updates nor listen to it. In the post he also said that he is "simply too lazy" to write out any explanation for the delays of the perks, he also claimed "EVERY perk will be delivered", which would be impossible as any perks thats above 1000$ would require the release of new episode(s). According to Jim he already had 5 episode written and tucked safely under his bed, but no new animation has been seen by anyone as of this point
As for physical perks such as t-shirts and bumper stickers etc., there are reports on twitter that he actually delivered some of them, but i think we all understand the point of this crowd funding campaign was for jim to use the raised 61,389$ to make more episode of the chipperson cartoon, instead of selling bumper stickers for 50$ or t shirts for 109$
In the last post i failed to mention Jim Norton's Ex-girlfriend Jenny Carmody, who is a part-time model, was heavily involved in the creative progress of the project, this raised a lot of question as to where the raised 61k was spent on
I do believe that facebook from 9 months ago was the last time he publicly mention this project, the saga of one millionaire turned e-begger continues...
