Even then, after a whole season I, and others, simply didn’t understand how MB works and why he does what he does. One thing MB has taught me personally is patience. As a Leeds fan “patience” has become a bit of a swear word, but the sense of calm I now feel understanding MB’s philosophy a little better is truly liberating.
I'm really torn on this, I'm very much in the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" camp but at the same time I'd love to see him from the start. Up front I'd like to see Lua Lua, Collins and Mcmanaman (sorry Cornick) so for me it's one of Tunnicliffe, Shinnie or Butterfield. I'm really undecided.

There’s also the issue of left-back with Douglas out and Alioski now looking like he won’t be back. I think we’ll miss having a left-footed player there as Dallas kept trying to cut it onto his right yesterday to no avail.
Phillips also has to start every game for me. Crucial in the way we play and defend when we commit men forwards.
What’re your thoughts on the team going into the play offs. Who would you change? What is our strongest 11?
