A list of puns related to "Instrument landing system localizer"
Aircraft flying into the Cheddi Jagan International Airport (CJIA) in poor visibility conditions will soon be guided in more safely when the recently installed and tested $200 million Instrument Landing System (ILS) at the airport comes on stream. Been seeing lots of questions and complaints here about ILS not working with the A320, so I thought I'd share this video of what's been working for me, step by step. It's mostly through trial and error, so there is probably a better way to sequence and execute all this. Feedback welcome!

Now that we have weather and inclement visibility conditions, I really hope the big brains at CIG are planning to help pilots guide our space bricks into the little mail slots.
With the current landing locations, what types of landing guidance would you like to see? I would like alignment lights in the cockpit for those pesky, vertically below hangars. Something simple like the lights aerial refueling systems have. Also, an instrument that could navigate pilots on waypoints for approach would be nice in low visibility approaches to major star ports.
I live near to an airport. The wind here blows mainly, but not exclusively, from the South.
The airport tells me that their Instrument Landing System only works for aircraft landing from the North (into the wind.) Even on days when there is no wind, aircraft MUST land from the North, as the system does not work in the other direction
But why?
(Also, is the ILS also used for take-offs, despite its name?)
Hoping to find some good video tutorials to describe the general mechanics as well as some of the detail of doing ILS landings, especially in heavies like the 737 and 757.
Thx y'alls.
Kounotori aims to level the playing field with its planned staking platform, creating a user-friendly experience for investors both big and small. By providing high rates of return for those staking our token, as well as other trusted tokens that we partner with, Kounotori aims to set a new standard for staking stability and returns on the Ethereum network.
Our token, $KTO, is built on the Ethereum block chain (ERC-20) with a number of anti-manipulation features built into its contract, including max buy/sell in any single transaction, a max hold per wallet, and bot/sniper blacklisting on launch.
Other features include:
Total supply of 1 Quadrillion (1,000,000,000,000,000) $KTO
To prevent early whale manipulation we will be using the following restrictions at launch:
9.5% (95,000,000,000,000 $KTO) of the total supply will be allocated to a team wallet and will be released over a period of 12 months, starting 1 month after launch.
Allocation breakdown:
4 Core Team Developers - 6% of the total supply (60,000,000,000,000 $KTO)
7 Core Moderators/Advisors - 3.5% of the total supply (35,000,000,000,000 $KTO)
40% (400,000,000,000,000 $KTO) of the total supply is to be burned at launch, to a dead wallet.
50.5% (505,000,000,000,000 $KTO) of the total supply will be used to provide liquidity on Uniswap to kickstart the launch.
