A list of puns related to "IQVIA"
Hello all,
Hope you are well. It's been a day of tough decisions for me. Heard from 4 employers all on the same day. In a way nice that I get to make an informed decision before formally accepting either one. Below are the 2 I'm torn between:
Any inputs, I greatly appreciate your help.
Thank you!
Hi does anyone have insight to what this program entails?
E.g. how long is it?
When can one transition to being an actual CRA?
What's the salary like while in the program vs upon completion?
What does the student CRA do while in the program? I understand its a stepping stone for those who do not have enough clinical research experience but I coudnt find much other information.
thank you
I received a generous offer from Guardant Health to be a CRA. However, their reviews on Glassdoor are worrisome. A lot of people are saying they have very high turnover rate and sometimes theyβll pressure you into not taking your PTO.
Is this true? Are they worth considering over IQVIA?
I really appreciate some advice! Thank you!
Hi! I was wondering if anyone had any insight on PPD vs IQVIA as a CRA?
I am currently a remote site monitor at PPD and I love the company and working there, I am truly enjoying my time here. My ultimate goal is to become a CRA, and with PPD, I can enroll in the CRA bridge program in the beginning on this coming new year, but I also had a recruiter from IQVIA reach out for an entry level CRA position at IQVIA. I was wondering if anyone could share their experience as a CRA with either or both of those CROs?
Thank you so much!
Does anyone know if either tests for nicotine? For a CRA position.
Hi Everyone!
I have my second interview with the hiring manager next week for an IQVIA CRA position. I am trying to prep as much as possible so if any of you guys remember anything from your interviews, please pass it along!
I'd like to also know how the work environment is with IQVIA. CRA is my dream job but I have read mixed reviews about being one. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Hi pls help!
So I have a phone interview with the recruiter for a CRA position. It's an entry level position, and yes it's only the first interview! But does anyone know how to prepare for the phone interview with the recruiter and what questions to expect. I'm really bad when it comes to interviews and i need to be more concise in my answers, but I have really bad anxiety and completely blank so if I can prepare certain questions before hand that would be great! Thank you!
Hi everyone, I applied for a CRA role and had my first call with a recruiter (asked me about 1572, SAEs, ICF essential parts and I think 2 behavioral questions).
If you have experience with IQVIA CRA applications, do you have any advice/tips or remember the questions you were asked? I would so appreciate anything you can share over DM or here.
Iβve combed through Reddit and Glassdoor for advice and have done mock interviews but I am still speaking all over the place in interviews and ramble and so would definitely like to prepare in advice (sometimes I can see the confusion on the other persons face which just gets me more nervous).
Thank you in advance

Hi everyone! I am currently a CRA at ICON. I recently got an interview at Iqvia for a CRA and was wondering if anyone could give me any insight to Iqvia? I am not totally unhappy at ICON, I just want more organization and direct communication (and money hehe). I'm just trying to keep my options open! TIA!
Hi everyone!
I'm considering an offer for a CRA role at IQVIA. I was informed that there is a 2 month training period that is conducted remotely but also requires travel. Not too many details about the training were provided, and I'm curious about what it will include.
Does anyone have any experience they would be willing to share with me? Would anyone mind if I DM'd them? Thanks in advance!

Does this mean the FDA will not require US Trial? I think there is a high chance we won't need one given the close relationship and trust between the FDA and IQVIA over the years
Iβve been interviewing for similar CTM roles at both companies and am pretty deep into the process with both - anybody have any insight on the current atmosphere of either company? Which would you choose (assuming all things/pay equal)???
Hello,
I just got scheduled a recruiter phone call for an epidemiologist position at IQVIA. I am a fresh PhD graduate and this is going to be my first interview for an epidemiologist position. Is there anyone here who's gone through the hiring process with IQVIA for a similar position? If anyone has any advice/tips for me, I would love to hear them. Thank you so much!
IQVIA - It is a provider of biopharmaceutical development and commercial outsourcing services, focused primarily on Phase I-IV clinical trials and associated laboratory and analytical services, including consulting services. It has a network of more than 58,000 employees in more than 100 countries.

In simple terms FDA wonβt require any additional trials EXCEPT trials in pediatric and high risk patients in which OCUGEN will be responsible for.
This is a bit of old news. We've seen IQVIA hiring salespeople for a while now. But here's the release to make it official. The nice thing for Kempharm is there are 2 top notch firms working to sell Azstarys at no cost to Kempharm. Nice!
IQVIAβs Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) Solution Chosen to Support the Commercial Launch of Novel ADHD Drug AZSTARYS.
QVIA (NYSE: IQV) announced on 3 May that it will collaborate with Corium, Inc β a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company leading the development and commercialization of novel central nervous system (CNS) therapies β to support the launch of AZSTARYSβ’, which was approved by the U.S. FDA on March 2, 2021. Corium will be able to tap into the data, technology, analytics, and other resources they need to commercialize with speed, agility, and scale. We look forward to supporting Corium and bringing this valuable medicine to market for patients and families managing ADHD.
Hello all, I was wondering if anyone signed employment paperwork for a big CRO such as IQVIA, Medpace, Covance, etc as a CRA and another job offer that you wanted to take was presented to you after you signed but before your official start date. Has anyone been in this situation or similar and how did you manuver it ?
Protokinetix has entered a collaboration with life sciences technology giant IQVIA (NYSE: IQV) to develop clinical trials using the AAGP molecule to treat two common eye diseases -- Dry Eye Disease and Wet and Dry forms of Age-related Macular Degeneration.
This a big deal. These two diseases affect millions of people and have no effective treatment. IQVIA is an industry leader with $12B revenues. IQVIA clearly believes that Protokinetixβs AAGP molecule offers a potential breakthrough treatment for both diseases. Hereβs why:
Β· Dry Eye Disease: Dry Eye Disease is caused by inflammation. Current drugs for Dry Eye Disease, such as Restasis and Xiidra, do not stop inflammation. Also, they irritate the eyes and have other side effects (for example, Xiidra is banned in Europe). AAGP completely stops inflammation, does not irritate the eye and is non-toxic. Protokinetix has completed all preliminary tests with excellent results. Novartis bought Xiidra for $3.4B. What would a real cure be worth?
Β· AMD: Blindness is generally caused by dead or non-functional retinal cells. Many teams are trying to cure blindness by transplanting stem cells into blind retinas in the hope that these cells will develop into functioning retinal cells. The problem is that the transplanted cells die after a few days. However, if you treat these cells with AAGP, they not only survive but they develop into fully functioning retinal cells, thereby restoring vision. Dr. Gregory-Evans (Julia Levy Leadership Chair in Macular Research at University of British Columbia) has successfully restored vision in genetically blind mice and rabbits by transplanting AAGP-treated human stem cells into their retinas. The same technique should be able to restore vision to blind people.

This is the best tl;dr I could make, original reduced by 28%. (I'm a bot)
> Spending on COVID-19 vaccines through 2025 is expected to hit $157 billion.
> The global medicine market is expected to reach $1.6 trillion in 2025 as spending grows at 3 to 6 percent CAGR, excluding spending on the COVID-19 vaccines.
> The total cumulative spending on COVID-19 vaccines through 2025 are expected to hit $157 billion as the initial rounds of vaccination are expected to be completed by 2022 with biannual booster shots expected to follow.
> "While the pandemic has been extremely disruptive, the pre-pandemic forces of medicine use and spending remain significant drivers of the outlook, and these forces have only been modestly impacted by the immediate effects of COVID-19," Murray Aitken, IQVIA senior vice president and executive director of the IQVIA Institute for Human Data Science, says in the release.
> "The success of countries around the world in implementing a global vaccination program - unprecedented in speed and scope - will be key to the outlook for all medicine use through 2025 and beyond."
> Global medicine spending will be buoyed by a stronger pharmerging market growth through 2025 and will be offset by slower growth in developed countries due to the loss of exclusivity for original brands.

Has anybody else had the pleasure of joining this study?
About a month ago we received a letter and gladly accepted. Anything to assist. We called them and, true to their word, I received a call within a week and had our first test about 3 days later.
That was 3 weeks ago.
I've had no further test or contact since. I've tried to call them several times and had to 'press 1 for a callback'. No calls have been received.
No follow up test. No contact.
Has anyone else joined this shambles?
