Don’t get me wrong, Quavo is a great artist, and the album is a banger, but Travis could have done a collab album with so many other people and it would have been much better.
For example: Kanye, cudi (the Scotts), future, young thug, drake, even frank ocean

Modern Slavery: 7/10 a nice intro Quavos transition to the song was firee
Black & Chinese: 7/10 A nice beat with a decent Travis verse Quavo didnt dissapoint with his energy aswell
Eye 2 Eye: 7.5/10: Quavo sped run the beat Travis was decent to hold his own and Takeoff with a solid verse the beat do be wavy tho
Motorcycle Patches: 8/10 the beat on here is just too fire and Quavos verse again was amazing the transition was fire
Huncho Jack: 5/10: Its just mehhh not too much to offer the beat is basic the flow and the energy is alright overall the song could have been better if the production was better tbh
Saint: 8/10: Its got the energy for a nice cruise down the highway it gets you hyped Travis did his thing on here
Go: 7/10: I appreciate the repetitive Go Go Go Go flow but sometimes it just gets boring quick but a good song with a catchy chorus a decent song overall
Dubai Shit: 8.25/10 easily the albums best one of Travis best performance on the album on here and Quavo did his thing. Not gonna lie i still dont know where is Offset in this song it sounds so familiar with Quavo.
Saint Laurent Mask: 5/10 Ok i get the idea but the vocals for me on this one doesnt sound good for me a skip for me
Moon Rock: 7/10 nice performance by La Flame its a good hype song Quavo was alright here
How U Feel: 7/10: Fuck her till she die
Where U From: 7.5/10 Cool track chill down Travis standout performance Quavo carried his own he did his thing with the flow.
Best Man: 8/10 Best way to end the album this is just a crazy vibe frl frllllll. I wanted more of this vibe tbh a shame we didnt get much of this typa shit

I was re-listening to Huncho Jack off the Huncho Jack album and man, that Travis verse is still one of my favorites.. I mean his flow is so crazy and the way the beat builds up around it is just nuts. One of my favorite Travis verses ever. “It’s 5am lookin like noon…..”

So I’ve been finding myself coming back to HJJH lately, and seeing as today is the 3 year anniversary of its release, I’d like to share my take on this album.
So HJ was my first Travis release I was actually a fan for, I had heard upper echelon and antidote, but until goosebumps i never really felt an urge to check out his other music, so I went and listened to birds, loved it so much that I went back to his other projects and became a huge fan, and I was really excited for HJ, but it ended up disappointing me at the time. Oh My Dis Side is literally my favorite song of all time, not just Travis but like ever, and I think I had the bar way too high because of that. I was expecting an album of songs on the level of OMDS which is simply not possible if we’re being honest, there were a couple tracks that i stuck with early on, Saint being the standout for me, but overall I was kind of luke warm on it.
However, 3 years on and plenty more listens I am becoming more of a fan after every listen. Saint, Dubai Shit, Motorcycle Patches, Modern Slavery, Go and Where U From have all grown on me A LOT and still get regular plays for me, and I suspect as time goes on some of the songs I haven’t warmed up to like Best Man and a few others will grow on me as well.
Overall, while far from his best project and certainly not particularly experimental or bold, it is a solid fucking trap album, with some fantastic bangers.

Just like Birds I didn’t like this album that much in the first listen and thought it was pretty generic but it grew on me a lot . Some of the beats and hooks were pretty good , not the best Travis project but definitely got some good hype songs . I have done polls for every single album so far , results were :
