Healing the man with a withered hand Puns

I have a couple of things I'm wondering about. And maybe a complaint. I'll try to arrange my questions so they build off of each other.

1: My tank often waits for a healer for a minute or two. My healer queues are often instant. So why does the bonus only apply to tanks? At these low levels, the healers seem to be the more in-demand role. (This might be the complaint.)

2: The healer doesn't get the bonus. Is it worth it, then, to spam dungeons? Am I only getting the EXP from kills? No bonus EXP, no seals; is it worth doing more than the one daily? I don't really like PotD, and I'm not wanting to do the MSQ again. (I like to play alts rather than change jobs on one character. I know, the game is designed to discourage that.) If I could level doing nothing but dungeon spam, I would do so.

3: Let's say I buy an MSQ boost. Does it extend to 60 though my character is not yet 60? Or does it stop at whatever level I am at?

The title mostly explains it. He helps fellow inmates by using his powers.

Sometimes, when I'm all alone, I like to put small objects up my asshole and pretend they are Bernie Sanders' little pecker. I imagine the feeling of his shriveled foreskin flapping against my prostrate, or his soft withered hand reaching around to stroke me. I never cum from these fantasies, but that's okay. We are Ian Burkhart, Dr. Marcie Bockbrader M.D., Ph.D.from Ohio State and Dr. Dave Friedenberg Ph.D from Battelle. In 2010, Ian dove into a wave in the Atlantic Ocean and hit a sandbar. For now, Ian can only use the system in the lab but we are working hard to make the system portable so Ian and others can take it home and use it in their everyday lives. Dr. Bockbrader is a neurorehabilitation physiatrist and is the principal investigator for the NeuroLife implanted brain-computer interface clinical trial. Dave Friedenberg is a PhD statistician who leads development of the machine learning algorithms used to decode Ian’s brain data and is in charge of the ever-growing body of big data being produced by the NeuroLife project.

Aside from Drake it just doesn’t feel like we have enough pirates that really scratch that “Badass ruler of the seas” feel, ya know? Plus as much as I love the goofball Teach we do have, it’d be nice to have a serious terrifying pirate based on the image he built for himself, Would make for great interactions between the two.

Plus, Black Caesar more than earned the right to be a servant. Seriously look the guy up, his story is freaking awesome. He was an African chief that was kidnapped into slavery with other members of his village, killed his captors and freed the slaves on the ship to become pirates, terrorized the high seas, built a harem of 100+ women that he kept on a private island, joined Blackbeard’s crew, fought back to back with him in the final battle and survived where Teach didn’t. He was later caught trying to blow up the people that killed Teach.
