I'm 5'6 and cycle about 2-3 times a week. I'm looking for ~3 pairs and I don't need a pocket. I have bigger thighs but a very small waist and I usually have a problem with my leggings rolling down. I've bought a three pack from Amazon but they were too soft and thin, better suited for yoga or low impact exercise. I typically do YouTube workouts before or after cycling such as Blogilates or Chloe Ting videos, not sure if these are classified as HIIT.
I currently wear Nike Lux crop leggings when I ride but I feel that it's too much fabric and I'm always sweating buckets. Any recommendations for biker shorts? Open to all brands!

On Facebook and Instagram, Gymshark is collecting and sharing “stories from the gym”. It looks real, authentic, unfiltered. Plus, they use every functionality Insta offers including Reels, which are a major source of eyeballs nowadays.
4/ Twitter
On Twitter, Gymshark is all about funny thoughts and memes from the gym. It shows they don’t take themselves too seriously. Other brands like Nike are all about inspirational content.
5/ TikTok
On TikTok, Gymshark is at home because they know how to entertain and do light, funny content.3m followers Vs 1.5m for Nike.Nike, for example, is mostly posting unoriginal dance videos.
6/ Sales
Gymshark holds 2 major sales per year. These sales are built like events. People go crazy for them! Between each sale, they hype up the sale with influencers and build FOMO with limited edition products. Gymshark doesn’t care if people wait for the sale to buy.
7/ Influencers
When you can’t sponsor Lebron, what’s the next best thing? Fitness influencers. They have a long-term relationship with the brand. And they don’t just post on IG for the brand, they do events, YouTube, TikTok videos...Influencer content is the engine of Gymshark’s content strategy.
8/ Hot Bods
“Look how hot I am" content works well on social media. Gymshark and their influencers put A LOT of focus on showing (their) bodies.I can’t really prove it, but I think this has contributed massively to their success on social media.

Not much of a snark but I’m actually excited for the new GS launch on Thursday. The training bralettes coming back is the biggest excitement for me. I just know it’s all going to sell out on sight like it always does😭why do they send to so many influencers but NEVER have enough in stock. I feel like anything a big Fit influencer is seen wearing or raving about before a launch is always the first to go, usually the cute stuff. Especially anything Whitney Simmons puts on.

I waited in the countdown and had all my items at hand, just to find the popular camo legging further discounted the next days till the end of the sale period, with all sizes stocked. I know it's a $10 difference but for future sales, it makes me feel like waiting in the countdown to buy isn't as worth..
