... keep reading on reddit β‘Hello guys,
My father is a huge fan of coins and paper money and collects them from all around the world. I thought I can buy some dutch guilders (guldens) for him. Because they are 20 years out of usage, it's not so easy to get them.
Do you know where I can buy them in Rotterdam, The Hague or can be even Amsterdam?
Hi all, new poster and new player to Necromunda.
My group have recently started a dark uprising campaign and I have a Guilder Stronghold as one of my territories. As per the benefits stated in the territory "On a D6 roll of 3 or higher, the gang can add a Palanite Patrolman, a Skinner, a Ganger or equivalent (as appropriate to your gang) to their roster without having to spend any credits"
My question is this:
Aberrants are counted as gangers according to the Book of Ruin, so would it be legal to add one to the roster? Neither my arbitrator or I have enough experience with the game to make a judgement call on if this is correct or not and so we thought we'd turn to the internet and hopefully more experienced players for help.
This is a big one, I've been busy/out of town. I enjoy hunting and buying β¦ and buy more than I want to hold. I sell to keep up my buying addiction, and for the fun of exposing folks to uncommon world gold coins. All coins include Airtite capsules (except where noted). Spot is US$1,865 at time of posting.
See videos for many coins below. As a frequent buyer of gold coins I'm often surprised as the reality vs. the pics (often pleasantly). The videos are here for you to know what you're getting.
(PM's only please - I will redirect you from chat). I'm happy to do my best to answer any nerdy questions about old world gold. If I don't know it, you may inspire me to research it and get back to ya!
The Latin Monetary Union (βLMU") was a monetary union in Europe established in 1865 based on coinage standards originating with Napoleon I. Officially, it included France, Belgium, Greece, Italy, Spain, Venezuela, and others. Many other countries (Russia, Finland, Poland, Serbia, etc) matched the standard and minted coins in the same denomination. The U.S. considered joining, minting a pattern coin ($5/25 francs). It was the first 'euro' -- you can find posters identifying the coins that were official members. The LMU fell apart with the onset of WWI, but you can find several coins with the same size in the interwar period (Poland, Yugoslavia, etc) and beyond.

During my current re-read, I came across an interesting thing: When Kvothe asks Abenthy how he can stand wearing his Guilder after Kvothe felt it's numbing sensation, Abenthy describes it as being just a bit warm to it's owner.
Later, when Kvothe had cast his own Gram, we get a similar scene where either Wil or Sim experience that numbing sensation, but Kvothe repeatedly refers to his Gram as being a bit cool to the touch.
This leaves me wondering if the Guilder bears additional properties that would give it a warm feel opposed to the cool feel of Kvothe's Gram. Or is Abenthy being untruthful for some reason?
Lastly, it makes me a little curious why Hemme wasn't wearing his Guilder or a Gram when Kvothe demonstrated the principles of Sympathy to Hemme's class.
Thoughts?

The luster and shine of a coin can be hard to capture in a still frame photo, so I am experimenting with using both pictures and short videos of the entire sale inventory. Feedback for this is greatly appreciated:

Don't be shy to share this post!!
Good evening people of r/SpatialPMs. I'm back with more great items. Many of you have been waiting for me to get more of the Japanese 2 Shu and 2 Bu coins in, and today is the day.
Last time I thought I had more than enough to supply the people with what they wanted....well...I was wrong. It all sold out almost immediately. So I am posting this here first to allow anyone who has requested some or wanted some and wasn't able to get them, this is your chance. Whatever is still available tomorrow (09/17/2021) is going up on r/pmsforsale and will be a sold on a first come first serve basis.
#ALL# items will come with a Sigma or KEE purity verification photo for you to keep for your records
Not only do I have many many more Japanese pieces, I was able to lower the price a little bit in the process.

All of the Japanese pieces are an electrum alloy of pure silver and gold. These are 150+ years of age and were circulating daily currency when minted. Some have minor circulation wear, minor toning, or other imperfections as would be expected. In my opinion they are all a minimum of XF or better condition wise.
