Mental Cues of the Deadlift:
The key to a stronger deadlift is a combination of strength, positioning, and speed. You want to initiate the deadlift by first setting your stance. A solid and common stance for the conventional deadlift is to stand with feet hip-width apart, the bar directly over your mid-foot, and toes pointing forward. Then, you want to bend over and grab the bar with a shoulder-width grip, while bending the knees until your shins touch the bar. Now that your grip and stance is set, with the bar resting against your shins, you

There's also the arrow that appear when you scroll down to the point where the fixed top navbar is no longer visible that scrolls you back to the top when you click it, and a new page appearing on top of another upon a button click. I have no idea what these features are called, and there are many more.
So, this is my first paranormal/fantasy romance series and I originally wrote a glossary of terms to go with it. This book introduces a lot of races and beings and even though I explain them all in the book when they come up, I thought I'd make a glossary so people can look back if they need to.
There are normal things like vampires, shifters, were-animals, and angels. But there are also demons (kinds and a hierarchy that I've created) that are heavily incorporated throughout this book since it's set in Hell. So my question is... do I include the glossary? and where do I put it if I do? (both ebook and paperback will be released).
A section of the glossary regarding specific variants of dungeon runs
What's a strat orb run? What about a raid leader advertising a raid with +1 reset or hard res [Sulfuron Ingot]?
If you're returning to vanilla after a long time, or just dipping your toes in, you might find chat a bit confusing. So, we got together and compiled a short list of commonly used terms, acronyms and abbreviations expected to be used in Classic.
It briefly explains things like variants of dungeon runs, raid organisation terminology and confusing warlock specs. We tried to avoid the most obvious like 'LFM and LFG' since these are pretty well-known already.
If you have something you'd like to add to the glossary that you think people should know about just leave a comment here or on the thread :)

Thank you to all the really bright minds that post on this sub. Keep fighting the good fight. With all due respect to the serious issue at hand, hereβs collection of terms Iβve learned over the past few months. Enjoy your weekend. π
CC Glossary of Terms for Dummiesβ¦
The core rulebook has a great list of italicized terms and what they mean, but sourcebooks since then have added new terms. Is there a compiled list of these terms somewhere?
I looked around and didn't see anything like this. For experienced players most of these terms are fairly common knowledge but with patches changing mechanics regularly I believe there really needs to be an easy place to look up all these terms and mechanics.
>This month we are premiering a brand new bonus show that will only appear on the $8 tier centered on the (mostly discontinued) Expanded Star WarsΒ universe! Each month Andrew, Chris, and Steve will be forced to listen to Eric read an entry from his copy ofΒ Star Wars:Β The Essential Guide to CharactersΒ (by Andy Mangels) and try and make heads or tails of the insane detail ascribed to all manner of background extras, droids, bounty hunters, and maybe if you're lucky, a Jedi. These will run about 20 - 30 minutes each and will be chock full of weird riffs on a galaxy far, far away.

Iβm 17, young and Iβve only just began figuring out my sexuality and am only now exploring Gay culture. Iβve learnt a lot of phrases and terms and Iβm comfortable with using them... e.g Iearnt I am something called a cub... but I still hear words which I canβt workout using context, I fear there are many slang words I do not know. Idk I just need something from you more experienced guys, Iβm extremely inexperienced tbh, anything would help, thank you!
Well good evening all. A bit late for some but it won't be for others.
I'm late checking in with these as been busy, but I am here now.
So these may not be useful to you, but on the other hand they could be just what you need.
Here is my first glossary post. I had to split them up as the post would have been about 6k words long. I don't want to send you all to sleep!
If I don't get back in, I would also like to wish you all a very happy christmas! <3
see you soon

I've been listening to the Wheel of Time on and off on audible and I'm loving it (halfway through book 9). The only problem is, I can't seem to keep up with the seemingly dozens of Aes Sedai, Shaun Chen terms, and Atha-on Myeir (another downside to listening to the books is I haven't the first clue how anything is spelled). There are so many names and terms whizzing by that I can't seem to remember all of them.
My question is: is there some kind of online glossary that I can look up brief descriptions of characters and names, that is book-specific? The problem with googling anything is that I always get spoiled because everything I read is as of the last book. Do you guys have any recommendations on what I can do? Thanks!
Hello - I am in dire need and hoping someone can help me out. I Just finished Book 10 and I'm on to Book 11, and I wanted to refresh my memory as it's been some time since I've picked the series up. I used to use the following glossary:
http://ugcs.caltech.edu/~karlh/wot.html
But it looks like the link is dead?! Does anyone know about this? Has this glossary been moved? It was perfect because it had characters per the book they were mentioned so there were never any spoilers. If this glossary is truly dead does anyone know of a replacement spoiler-free glossary?
Thanks in advance for the help, I want to get started on the next book ASAP but I also really wanted to re-familiarize myself with all the characters...
The language seems pretty good and funny, and I would like to read them while I am not playing.
