Taking a hard look at Cleveland area for a potential move. Trying to gauge the Aerospace market and best neighborhoods near Glenn Research Center
I work in aerospace and my wife and I are looking to move out of Texas within the next year. Home prices in the Cleveland area are really attractive, but I need to work near an aerospace hub. Are there many aerospace/space companies situated near Glenn Research Center? I will probably be able to continue my current job as a permanent remote worker, but I want to keep my options open in case things change. My wife would probably be working in a University or Medical School environment. We'd like a house with at least 2000 square feet, 3+ bedrooms, and a fenced in back yard for the dogs. Preferably no HOA. We definitely do not want a gated community. We are of two mindsets - either a rural house with a nice chunk of land, or somewhere in a walk-able mixed-use neighborhood with local shops. We want to avoid the suburban environment with cul-de-sacs and cookie-cutter homes at all costs. I have no idea if either of these types of homes/neighborhoods are nearby Glenn. Any help would be appreciated.

What happened to Glenn Research Center's "beginner's guide" online educational content?
There used to be a ton of FANTASTIC educational slides, pertaining to topics in aerodynamics and rockets, and all of the underlying physics concepts, at grc.nasa.gov/www/k-12/ and now it seems that the whole domain is down!
Is it being hosted anywhere else?
Is this only temporary?
What gives, NASA?
