A list of puns related to "Gege Akutami"
Before I start with main thing I just like to say I like how Gege does things reminds me of Araki work on Jojo mainly Parts 4-6 like his work with character Nobara Kugisaki you know like she well according to many fan artists she has large Chest however instead pointing out a lot with Fan Service stuff it's barely or ever brought up which I thinks is kinda Awesome in its own way and that's just one Example
Anyway what type of Manga you think Gege Akutami will Do once Jujutsu Kaisen is Finished? I heard he wanted to make an ideal Manga before doing Jujutsu Kaisen you think he will revisit that? I mean if Hiromu Arakawa can do something like Silver Spoon after series like Full Metal Alchemist he can do an Ideal series after Jujutsu Kaisen but that's just me how about you?
This must mean that either Jujutsu Kaisen will get a timeskip or timeskip's since he will continue to grow up to maybe 18 or beyond. If he does grow where do you think would happen in these years after the Culling Games? Training arc like most Shonen or maybe he goes abroad into the world like how Kenjaku is in China and theres maybe a link to Yuki and what she doe's abroad. Yuta went to africa for his, and Yuki is mainly an abroad sorcerer, so it makes sense if he does leave Japan.

I posted a rant yesterday about how I thought the recent chapters of JJK were pretty disappointing in comparison to what we usually saw, and now news has broke that the series will be going on hiatus while the author(Gege Akutami) takes time to recover from health problems.
I am glad to hear this because I love this series and the author is brilliant so the last thing I would want as a fan is for him to think he is forced to put releasing the series above his health. I have no problem with him taking a step back because it is beneficial for both sides. I hope he is able to just relax and not have to worry about how he has plan the whole story out or draw another epic fight scene.
I think back to the times I have ranted about Naruto and Demon Slayer and the solution I always go back to is that they should have taken a break! The story does not benefit from a writer being forced to keep it going. I struggle to formulate a small rant with no pressure or expectations never mind tie together a multi layered story with various different characters and motives while under pressure!
I know studio and publisher pressure is still a cancer in the industry but maybe this could be the start of them just letting the author take a break if they need one. I have yet to see a good reason why an author who is having health problems, had a family tragedy or is rushing there work should be forced to keep making a high quality product.
Many people have said this before me and I am sure many will say it after, but maybe because of JJKs popularity we could see a change in the industry even if it is only a small one.
We fans will follow a series no matter how long it takes to finish, you need only to look at all those HunterxHunter fans.
The editorial department of WSJ released a book titled as "How to draw manga that Shonen Jump really wants to tell you about".
Here is the link to buy this book
This book contains a chapter called '' Jump Artist Questionarre'' , there is Q/A of remarkable authors highlighting the problems and troubles they had as a newbie. There is also two pages of 13 Q/A's of Gege's aswell. I'm too lazy to typeset them so here they are.
Q1: What was the most important thing you wanted to know when you started to draw manga?
A:
To draw large bubble speech. To draw the bubble speech big as possible without cutting them off. This is the first thing I wish my editor had let me know.
Q2: What did you do first when you decided to become a manga artist (practicing methods and strategies)?
A:
Finish each story properly
Then decide the number of chapters.
When I notice something, I verbalize the interesting and boring parts as much as possible.
I regret that I missed the oppurtunity to do a lot of sketching.
I also regret that I was only working on the stories and not the manuscript at all.
Q3 : Is there anything you pay attention to when arranging a story?
A:
I try to listen and oblige to sugggestions like '' It's difficult to understand '' as much as possible. I think everyone has sense of balance and constructs their storyline based on that part. Many times, I tried to reassemble them like Jenga based on other people's opinions but I lost the balance and failed. As long the mistake is not too small, its better to start over than fixing it.
Q5: Is there anything you try to keep in mind when you are drawing the manga?
A: Trying not to make my peers think I have a good sense.
Q6: Is there anything you pay attention to in order to make your characters attractive? (as in likeable)
A: Punchline. Accumulation. Gap.
S/N: By accumulation Gege is reffering how he accumulates character's words, actions, experience e.t.c ,this is how he developes characters to have more likeable and attractive personality. By gap he means how character have a gap between words and actions and personality.
Q7: Is there anything you practice to make your characters more attractive?
A:
Its about understanding other people's feelings (viewpoints)
Q8: How many titles did you draw till your serialization?
A:
I drew my first short story when I was about 20 y/o, trying to submi
... keep reading on reddit β‘DONT read the [Edit: Second to Last Paragraph] at the bottom if you are not current on the Manga! You've been warned.
I've seen a little of this already, but I really hope artists and fans in general start making art with Gege's creations protecting him. Like, a PSA project like they had at the end of the animated Static Shock series, but with different characters supporting mental health, a balanced lifestyle, trying new things, dealing with social pressure, and of course an oft exploitative and dehumanizing industry that takes so many wonderful artists and creators and tries to wring all the life force out of them for as much money, as quickly as possible. That is death not just to artists themselves, but the potential of all Art involved!
I was thinking about my favorite characters right now (Yuki and Choso) and how i would LOVE to have them as bfs/body guards, and I thought... what if we depict all Gege's awesome characters guarding his privacy, health, and happiness. Even if he takes extended breaks/ doesn't continue. We are not entitled to his works or creations.
We are not entitled to his works or creations. If he quits tomorrow, I will be devastated... but he needs to take care of himself, his life, his dreams. It's obvious that the industry and many fans would happily shorten and sacrifice his life for entertainment/money.
Yuji and Sukuna must be related, Iβm thinking along the lines of the two final Yu Yu seasons.
We know reincarnation is a thing already so why not let that play an aspect to Yuji and Sukunaβs relationship. That girl was a teenager girl up until the reincarnation was going to be complete (just never got complete R.I.P papa Megumi).
So why not have Sukunaβs reincarnation process take the form of eating all 20. Might even be the moment he decides to take full control as of the contract to solidify his personality as dominant.
Not sure how Megumi plays into this yet, but heβs got historical clout too so I think heβs a big piece.
And what is going on with Yujiβs mum? You think brain demon has an inside track on Sukuna and his shit/plans?
More so than the average player in the story.
Thoughts and theories?
