A list of puns related to "Four on the Floor (American TV program)"
We've had a tough couple of months with my relationship with my son's father breaking down and him moving out, my ex's mental health problems becoming much worse leading to a suicide attempt and being sectioned twice.
My son has taken it all in his stride! He's become more clingy to me than normal but that's about the only difference.
Then today son was sick and feeling rubbish and then his dad left the house before son wanted him to leave (he has supervised visits at mine, he plays with son in the living room while i get jobs done around the house) and son was feeling pretty low so I put on his fravourte CBeebies tv program, Moon and me.
Next thing, son runs into the kitchen hysterically crying. It's like his arm has been chopped off kind of crying. I finally manage to calm him down enough to understand what he's saying and he's sobbing. At end of each episode of Moon and Me baby moon travels back to his home on the moon, and my son was sobbing because baby moon must feel so sad on the moon with no mummy there to look after him.
My heart broke. I knew some abadoment issues had been brought up with his dad's sudden move out of the house and unstable contact because of ex's sections and low moods but for the first time I realised that my son is scared he'll lose me too.
I cuddled him on the floor and we ugly cried together for 5 minutes before i distracted him with food. I try not to cry infront of him but both us were so emotional.
It just feels so good to get this story out to people who won't think I'm crazy for crying over Moon and Me.
(Any advice on helping my son feel less afraid I'm gonna disappear?)
I recently bought this TV, and I love it. I especially love the remote, and how I can control everything, even my Spectrum cable box (didn't expect that) from it. The "four colors" button brings up several options depending on my input, but also brings up A, B, C, and D options and I have no idea how to program those. Is there any way to do anything with those buttons at all? Selecting those options does nothing at all. Thanks!
Let me be clear: I am always in favor of victims getting the financial compensation that they damn well deserve.
However, I also fully believe that folks who give money to the church deserve to know exactly what those funds are being used for.
Unfortunately, in some instances, that money is being used to compensate for child rape.
I can not help but notice how aggressive some of these American clinics are with urines and people being on stages etc. They seem to be stuck at pick-up points that are a negative experience in a number of ways and often detrimental to staying off street drugs etc.
I found the true positive turning point for me was when I got a supportive dr willing to work with me and a quiet welcoming chemist willing to limit numbers and timings so you can get in and out and not even see another patient on the program. Not to mention dealing with the same doser every day with who I formed a good therapeutic relationship over time too.
I have never heard of these stages or such strict rules on urines and have never been alcohol tested in my 20 plus years on the program both in inner-city Sydney, Sydney suburbs and nor at rural hospitals and chemists also.
Back in Sydney if you tested positive for anything bar THC and methadone you lost your TAs unless it was scripted and been disclosed and an acceptable time frame to be on them discussed with the dr. When you started the program TAs were slowly offered if urines were clean and you were stable coming in not missing appointments after the first 6mths or so.
There was nothing that got you exited without several official warnings and even then they would help you find a new dosing point.
You saw the dr every fortnight and were urined monthly.
Now at a rural chemist with a dr, I access via the regional base hospitals Drug and Alcohol department I am picking up once a week do urines a couple of times a year as been clean so many years consistently now and see a dr at most 4 ties a yr but since covid, I have not seen 1 more than once a yr and via video linkup.
I am about to get a private dr to prescribe and then Ill not need to do any of DNAs BS either but may need more frequent visits to dr but that will be fine as he will be my family GP also fingers crossed I find the right 1.
