A list of puns related to "Fed model"
Hi all, not sure if a stupid question or not, but I have built a classification model with PyCaret (Extreme Gradient Boosting with a shape of 75000,923) and it displays high cross validation accuracy (95%) after training but when I predict with new values not included in the test set accuracy drops to around 60%, with the new data being the same format as the data trained on is there a reason I'm missing why this real accuracy dropped?
Release the kraken called inflation.
Guys,
Q from learning Ecosystem:
"The Fed model concludes that the market is undervalued when the marketβs current earnings yield is greater than the 10-year Treasury bond yield."
My understanding is - the Market should be yielding a higher rate compared to 10yr bonds given market risk?
I understand the statement that if Market Yield < 10yr Yield - then Market overvalued, but cant wrap my head around why market undervalued if Market Yield > 10yr Yield.
