September 2nd., it's Scotland vs Denmark - So out of curiosity, who do you support in your hearts? Your geographically closest neighbor Scotland, or your sister-country Denmark?

After 7 matches managing one of the weakest euro national team, i'm kinda disappointed. My results are bad, even for a massive underdog : Loss 7-1 in Saudi Arabia in a Friendly Loss 2-0 in Finland in Euro Qualifiers Loss 5-2 at home vs Greece in Euro Qualifiers Loss 4-1 at home vs Romania in Euro Qualifiers Loss 2-0 in Northern Ireland in Euro Qualifiers Draw 1-1 in Lienstenstein in a Friendly
I tried to use a 4-5-1 in a Counter spirit, with very defensive minded laterals, two Ball winning Midfielders, an offensive playmakers, two wingers and a striker.
I thought having a rigid style, based on short passes and low defense would be a nice idea, but it's just not working.
Any ideas to improve ?

So, this is a fun little project which I decided to do, and I am taking low ranking/obscure countries, and trying to make them international powerhouses. Some of them are more difficult than others, and to begin with, I decided to give a test run to the Faroe Islands.
Note - Whilst I did use the In-Game Editor, it was only used to bolster the Youth Rating of other countries, like San Marino, Gibraltar, Bhutan, Brunei, and other smaller/obscure countries. The Faroe Islands had a Youth Rating of 42, and I did bump it up +20, so it was 62, so it was still piss poor. I didn't make it so they had 170 Youth Rating.
I had to rely on poaching some uncapped players from different nationalities, like Poland, or the other Scandinavian countries, and the same happened to me, I got poached a few times by Denmark and Finalnd.

Finishing Rank; 12th. My finishing Rank was 12th, after a deep, mircale run of the 2026 WC, where I finished 3rd place, and was knocked out in the Semi-Finals, by the eventual winners of Holland/Netherlands
