Another efficient night by the rook as he comes up huge in the fourth quarter, dropping 10 points to close out the game in the 4Q for the Cavs alongside Darius Garland's monstrous performance!

He’s been on a tear since being cleared from protocols, specifically on the offensive end. Before being sent into covid protocols, had a couple cold shooting nights. Recently, he’s been nothing but efficient. The Stellar defense has been there as well. Mobley continues his ROTY campaign

Mobleys ROTY Campaign marches on as the cavs blew out the jazz. . What we saw from him today was scary. There were points in the game where he was legitimately running the floor as the primary ball handler. His potential as a passer was on full display. These types of things are not normal for a 7 foot rookie. Will be amazing to see what he develops into in the coming years.

A Cavs fan posted this earlier, but other Cavs fans shamed him into deleting it so i'll go ahead and post it. Al Horford did a fantastic job on the rookie tonight, and didn't let him get comfortable.

Ayton is 6'11" and 250 lbs, with a 7'6" wingspan.

Mobley is 6'11" and 215 lbs, with a 7'4" wingspan.

A rookie Ayton put up 16.3/10.3/1.8/0.9/0.9 at 20-21 years old.

A rookie Mobley is putting up 14.8/8.2/2.5/0.8/1.8 at 20 years old.

Mobley does shoot 1.6 3PG (30.8%) and Ayton doesn't shoot from down town.

Evan Mobley is probably the better defender, but JJJ is an all-defensive candidate in himself. Offensively, Mobley’s not the shooter / attacker Jaren is. But JJJ can’t rebound like Mobley can.
