A list of puns related to "Energy performance certificate"
Hope this is an OK sub for this question. Selling a 3 bed detached property, built in the 1950s ish. One estate agent said the EPC would cost £55. So we actually went with another agent, and now they are saying it would cost £90. The web says "It costs between £60 and £120 to get your property on the EPC register." Does £90 sound in the right ballpark for this type of property, or should we be shopping around?
