After I submitted my I765 form for STEM OPT in USCIS, I realized I gave Employer ID Number instead of Employer's E-Verify company Identification Number. Please suggest me how to report correct Employer E-Verify company Identification Number.
That is the for profit opened bank accounts using the EIN of a 501(c)3 tax exempt entity.
Is this a violation of any IRS rules? or any laws?

I worked as a community assistant in a dorm during the spring semester & am trying to figure out the university’s federal employer identification number (FEIN). Assuming this is something that would be on a payroll stub but I don’t have access to those right now and the HR for res life isn’t picking up. Does anybody know? Thank you!

For U.S. accounting purposes, I need the university's EIN, but I can only find the school code. I know U of T has one, but I cannot find York's anywhere on its website. It's possible the university doesn't have one, but does anyone here know anything?

So I wanted to make this paypal to keep it separate from personal and have a donation button. I don't know what a employer ID number is. Anyone care to explain? Do I need it to sign up? Should I not pick corporation and list it as Sole/propriotorship?
I'm not completely sure what this would mean for me. He said that I would essentially be the employer of my own business while also being the single employee.
He mentioned something about tax reasons. Currently, I'm being paid by check and I'm not on any payroll.
Could anyone explain what this means and how it could impact me?
I created my EID through the IRS for a kayak fishing tournament group since we might have payouts that are more than $500 (Illinois) When going through the questions, which some were confusing/misleading, I knew we couldn't meet the requirements to be a non-profit, but the letter (SS-4 form) states that I selected to be a non-profit. How can I get this changed? Please help!
I am trying to curate a dataset of non-profit hospitals data through IRS files. I have various ways of identifying US hospitals, NPI, CMS Provider Number, etc. What I cannot seem to find is a way to link these ids to the facility's EIN. I would appreciate any ideas!

I have a desk phone/direct line but am now receiving text messages from clients on my cell. Obviously someone at my employer shared me number with a client or clients. I refuse to have anything work related on my personal phone so that I can "unplug" when I am clocked out. Wth. Is it legal for my employer to share my personal info like this?
